+ -1 moreMr. Richards and his son who works with him were clean, friendly, pleasant, professional and efficient. They promptly removed all the old items and were kind enough to give me an overnight to clean the floor thoroughly before they brought the new furnace in. Then, they took the time needed to be meticulous, even to the trimming of the caulking. They were patient with my questions, as I'm an interested and inquisitive maintenance person. I was also appreciative that they cleaned up all debris and took it away with them. I've never had to have a furnace replaced before, but I'm so glad I hired Richards Heating & Cooling and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: A new 96% efficient gas furnace, with mechanical air cleaner, and 13 seer, 3 ton A/C were installed. An old incinerator, an antique air cleaner and a moldy humidifier were removed along with the old furnace. Nothing of the old system was left except the ducts, which were rebuilt, removing the huge ductwork that had run through the old air purifier. Everything was replaced with new: wiring, including new breaker boxes for both the furnace and A/C, tubing and lines. A new programable thermostat was also installed.
