I had a leak from my dishwasher. They came out and checked it all out. Very thorough and professional service. Price was very fair in my opinion. Would definitely call them for appliance service again.

I finally got a service man who know how to work on a more modern refrigerator. The first two did not appear to know what they were doing.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced the damper in my refrigerator

They were very professional and prompt. They also did not have a long wait to schedule an appointment as other places I called did. Washing machine was not completing the wash cycles and they quickly diagnosed and fixed it. They had the parts already with them, so the repair was made on the spot. Great experience with them. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need help.
Description of Work: They diagnosed problem with washing machine and made the repairs.

Refrigerator went down on Sunday 7/7/13. I called Electrolux on Monday (7/8/13), was provided with a list of three repair shops that are Electrolux certified. I simply called the first one on the list, Professional Appliance Services in Hubbard, OH. A service man was out within the next couple of hours. I was told that air was not flowing through from the freezer to the frig. Doors must have been ajar. I ASSURED him the doors have NEVER been ajar. They in fact are next to impossible to leave ajar - they suction close. He poured a cup of water down the frosted over area and told me to "keep an eye on it". A few hours later the frig temp was at 70 and the freezer at 15. I called Josh (repairman) and told him the temps. He then decided it must be the control panel that's ruined and causing frig not to defrost. He would be out the next day (7/9/13) to install a new one. On 7/9/13, Josh called and advised me the parts store (the only one in town!) out of the part, he ordered w/a rush might be later that week or early next before it's in. Usually (w/out the rush) it's 1-2 weeks. 7/16/13 Called serviceman Josh to touch base on part and to make sure he hadn't forgotten about me. He had NO IDEA who I was. No recollection of my frig & the issues. He'll call me back once he can pull up my file. 7/17/13 No return call from repairman Josh. Called him again. Per Josh, the part is ordered but not in. 7-10 biz days. I questioned him on that since he originally said he put a "rush" on the order. He is now sticking with the 7-10 business days time frame. I then called another servicer that Electrolux provided and found that Prof App services could have ordered the part from either Electrolux (who ships in 5-7 days) or another parts provider elsewhere in the state or country but they most likely don't because they would then have to pay for the part and be reimbursed. Called Electrolux back again. Electrolux called Prof App Services to find out delay and if something could be done to expedite. GM Jerod spoke with Electrolux and advised the part is not in. And that was that. 7/26/13 Still nothing from Professional Appliance Services. We are now 14 BUSINESS DAYS from my original call and 13 BUSINESS DAYS from the purported order for the damaged part which if you'll remember was to be 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Now let us count the ACTUAL days I've been without a refrigerator - that's 19 my friends, remember it went down on a Sunday, July 7. Called Electrolux again, Electrolux spoke with tech Josh who replied the part is not in and he cannot tell them the reason. This to me is simply a business that does not care. They certainly have NO interest in servicing a warranted appliance. I made arrangements for Electrolux to send the part to my house. I called another servicer to install. When I call Professional Appliance Services to advise I would not need their services, they simply said "OK". Didn't ask why (well, surely they know) had no interest in my satisfaction as a customer.
Description of Work: Professional Appliances Services was SUPPOSED to order a new part for my 10 month old, under warranty refrigerator on July 9. As of today 7/26/13, the part has not come in and Professional Appliances Services "doesn't have any idea why". So, in a nutshell, this "provider" did NOTHING. The refrigerator IS NOT working and when I say not working, I mean not working. No refrigeration whatsoever. Professional Appliances Services was a servicer that was on the list from Electrolux of repair shops to call. Apparently they are not interested in working on under warranty appliances. I do not recommend them.

Very well, good company.
Description of Work: They came out to fix a refriderator that was just purchased a week before at Home Depot. The refriderator was under warranty so there was no charge for the service call. The man that came to the house was professional and nice. I would use them again.
