The estimate that we were given was $1710 for the job. On the day of the job, I was home and noted that the two "bosses" were out in the backyard reviewing the job. No one ever came and talked to me (I was home the entire time) to tell me that they had to use more rock and thus more labor to complete the job. At the end of the day, the crew foreman, not one of the bosses, presented me with a bill for $3040. I asked to speak to Micheal (one of the bosses) and he tracked me down the next day while I was walking the dogs wanting a check for payment. I expressed my shock at the 43% increase in price from the original estimate to the final bill. Michael simply stated they had to use more rock and it required more labor. I asked him why they didn't discuss this increase in the labor and material with me before they proceeded. Michael did not have an answer. We paid the $3040, but I assured him that we would never use Michaels Landscaping again.

I called Mike and received an estimate in less than 24 hours. His price was in line with others and he promised to do the work before anyone else could arrive. The team showed up on time and didn't stop until the job was done. To remove the leaves they use blowers which gets almost all. There were still some leaves in the yard when they left so I give them a and quot;Band quot; instead of an A. I will use this service again.

They are reliable. I would say they are timely. I don't have to call them to cut the grass. They just come and do it. When it snows, they are here to plow. They don't let too many leaves fall down before they come to rake.

They are good. They have very good customer service and they are very prompt. They did a good job.

I thought they were very good. I thought they were pretty reasonable. They bring a four men crew and finish the work in an hour. They do weed removal and trimming along the sidewalks and driveway. They also got rid of the leaves during the fall. They did a good job. They were good at what they did. The trimming they did was pretty neat and it looked very nice. I did not interact too much with the guys who did the work, but I spoke to the owner and he seemed to be very professional. I will use them in the future if needed.

They actually canvassed MY neighborhood and left flyers on our mailboxes to advertise THIER landscaping company. Since we had just moved in and had no landscaping, I decided to give them a call. They were nice as far as making and appointment for my and quot;free estimateand quot; and showing up to go over the property... As far as actual work, POOR! I was told they would have my estimate for me within 4 days! On day 5, I called the company and an older woman answered the phone. She told me she was surprised I had not gotten my estimate and that Michael was and quot;workingand quot; on it and perhaps he needed a and quot;nudgeand quot;. No one ever called back, I never got an estimate from them and they did no work for me. I would not suggest this company to have work done. Apparently, they like to send people out with flyers to advertise for them, but don't really want to work...

I liked them. They came and did the work quickly. They checked out to make sure that everything was ok. They were very good and their price was in line with everything and I was surprised about how much they were. Their quality of work was good. They came when I needed them to.
