It's always a great experience with Keith. He is always on time or you receive a phone call. He tells you up front what the problem is or if he can fix it. He tells you the price and he is an extremely honest man. Keith also works on six of our family members heating and air condition units. We are always very pleased when he leaves and would recommend him.

Keith has went over and above anything we could have ever expected. He is our HVAC guy from now own. Reasonably priced and keeps us informed of progress. I have worked with many contractors in my business and NEVER had this great of service.

The representative from Homestead, Keith Homstad is very professional and gets the job done. I would recommend him and his company to everyone. We will be using him again in the fall to check our furnace before winter sets in. Mr. Homstad was on time for his appointment and took his time inspecting every part of the unit to assure that it was in top running condition for the summer. I have been gouged in pricing in the past for work that was not performed to my satisfaction. Homestead Air offers top notch service at an extremely fair price.

Keith came on both occasion as requested. He checked entire furnace for operation, replaced filter, Deeps ducts far could - checked downs. Cleaned outside air cond. , amazing how dirty. Excellent knowledge very though nice person would trust him @my home anytime.

Keith Homestead (owner) came out himself to my home and was very professional and courteous. He explained in detail the issues of my mechanicals (19 years old and original to home) and he recommended a more efficient Furnance that would not only meet but exceed govt environmental regulations and same for a more efficient running A/C. He took his time to explain the efficiencies and how much I would save and have overall, a more safe home for my family with brand new mechanicals installed. Later, I asked Ketih to come back and do the install, he was respectful of my home, cleaned up any removal debris and once installed showed me how the mechanicals worked, explained what to look out for, and he explained the warranty in detail to me and answered all My questions. I highly recommend Keith for your install of your mechanicals! Thank you Keith!
