+ -1 moreHE GAVE MY WIFE AN ORIGINAL ESTIMATE FOR $400. HE TRIED PRESSURING MY WIFE INTO PAYING $400. MY WIFE SAID THAT WAS A LITTLE HIGH AND SHE'S GOT SOME OTHER ESTIMATES COMING. HE SAID HE COULD DO IT TODAY FOR $375 ONLY! I WAS AWAY IN KOSOVO, SERVING MY COUNTRY. HE PRESSURED MY WIFE INTO PAYING THE $375, PAYING IT NOW OR YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WEEK. HE TOLD MY WIFE, "I LEFT WORK EARLY TO COME HERE. I'VE GOT A BIG JOB THAT I'M DOING WITH A DOCTOR, AND IT SOUNDED LIKE YOU NEEDED HELP." HE NEVER FINISHED THE WORK. I EITHER WANT HIM TO COME OUT AND FINISH THE WORK OR PAY FOR A COMPANY TO FINISH WHAT HE STARTED. THE LITTLE WORK HE DID WAS NOT WORTH ANYTHING NEAR THE PRICE HE CHARGED US. WE'VE GOTTEN OTHER QUOTES FROM TREE SERVICE COMPANIES FOR $200 LESS THAN WHAT HE CHARGED US FOR THE LITTLE WORK HE'S DONE.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN ICE STORM AND WE HAD BRANCHES BROKEN FROM THE ICE. HE WAS GOING TO TRIM THE BROKEN BRANCHES BACK TO THE COLLAR, AWAY FROM THE WIRES. HE SAID THAT IT WOULD BE ABOUT $400. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD DO IT RIGHT NOW FOR $375. HE NEVER FINISHED THE JOB OR GAVE US ANYWHERE NEAR $375 WORTH OF SERVICE.

+ -1 moreHE DID A GREAT JOB WHEN IT CAME TO CUTTING OUT THE ROOTS, BUT HE MISSED A FEW. HE DID A LOT OF WORK, IT TOOK HALF A DAY. THE TREE SURGEON, SHAWN, IS EXCELLENT! I WOULD HAVE LIKED IF HE HAD STAYED THE WHOLE TIME WHILE THE CREW WAS HERE AND MADE A FINAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE THE CREW LEFT.
