We do good work, clean up after ourselves and automatically include parts and service warranty. My refrigerator is now working ... and not only that, I'm having the ice-maker fixed on it. His service skills inspired me to have something else fixed while he was there. I plan on calling him back to have him do more repairs in the future. Great manners. Very punctual. Called me back right away. Others only called back after he was already there and working on it. Extremely proficient and prepared. Great attitude. Sam will be my new "go to" when appliances break. I will encourage others to use his service as well.
