I interviewed a lot of people for my roof because I needed to get a roof on before winter. The last place I interviewed with this company and I have to say they did not treat me like an idiot. I asked a lot of questions and the person I spoke with respected my knowledge and I respected his. I now have a GAF-rated roof and paid $5,500. They were the neatest contractor I have ever hired. They showed up when they were supposed to and brought a dumpster. They notified me in advance that the dumpster was going to be delivered to my property. They told me they would walk the property with me at the end and that they would make sure there was not a single nail left. When we walked the property he found one nail and was upset because they missed one. They used tarp and manicured my lawn. I was really, really pleased and the workmanship was right there. They took photographs of everything they did. He told me that if I had snow on my roof to call him and he would come out and clean off the roof himself. He did not want anybody else touching the roof because it would void the roof warranty. I chose this company to do my roof because he came in under budget and provided a good quality product. Their pricing was the most reasonable. He had a crew with him and they did a great job. I have had the roof for two years and I say it is of good quality. He gave me the roof warranty to send to the manufacturer. He was responsive; I would call him and he would be right here. He came when he said he would. He was very professional; they guy was not a jerk and he did not talk down to me.
