We were nervous if it would work because if not we would not be able to move into the house, We did make the sellers pay for the service. The cleaning worked fantastic. We had no issues.

had made an appointment with one of the Serv Pro people and he never showed up or called me to say he could't make it. Not off to a good start & that was the initial appt.

I woke up one morning to a flooded basement. I contacted my insurance company. They in turn reffered me to a company called Servpro for fire and water restoration. Once I contacted the company the gave me a detailed explaination of what I would expect having never delt with filing an insurance claim and how they would address my concerns. Within an hour a restoration crew was on scene and begin there initial scope of the damage and contacted my insurance adjuster directly. My little girl even lost one of her stuffed animals in the damage and one of the Technicians (Karrah) took time out of her day to clean my daughters favorite stuffed animal. She told me her daughter has a favorite stuffed animal too and understood. Excellent customer service...they did there job and went the extra mile to help a crying child. I was only responsible for my $500 insurance deductible and the insurance paid the rest of there services.
