We have an old farm house with an original porch enclosed to be a year round sunroom. It has a flat roof with 2 others meeting it. We had a leak. Masin came out twice, after the 1st time the leak was much better, but we still had a small one. They returned for a second time and spent about 2 hours patching, sealing and exploring for every possible spot that could be the leak. They fixed it! Wonderful work, friendly at a great price!

The estimator was very professional and was able to e-mail me an estimate later that same day. Their price was the middle price of the three estimates I received. I selected Masin over the other two because of the professionalism of the estimator and the fact that they have the highest rating possible with the BBA. .When I notified them that I had selected them to provide the service they immediately scheduled the start of the work. They arrived on time on the date scheduled with three workers. They worked diligently throughout the day and had two of the individual roofs finished the first day. One worker returned the next day to complete the work. They cleaned up after themselves on both days and they kept me updated as to their progress eash day. I was very happy with their work and would not hesitate to hire Masin again.
