Action Services Home Remodeling

1. He visited my property. 2. I provided him with professional drawings of the walls and doors I wanted in the basement. 3. He provided an estimate without ever looking at the drawing and with incorrect name. 4. He provided another estimate which was based on the drawings but still extra work which I did not want. 5. He corrected this and agreed on the estimate and I signed it and he said he could begin next week mid week. Half was to be paid up front but he never provided an invoice or a way to pay it. 6. I asked him when he would start and end, and when he needed access to do the job. I asked him for proof of insurance and contact info. He refused to provide any information at all. He said he does not work with schedules and then he cancelled the job one day before it was expected to start. This really inconvenienced me because I turned down other good and reliable contractors to work with him so I had to start my search to find a contractor all over again. 7. He continued to send me multiple text messages which included profanity, name calling, and other unprofessional messages that made me feel extremely unsafe and that my property was at risk since I had previously given him a lockbox code and he has my address. I subsequently filed a police report. My building is secured with an alarm system so authorized contractors get their own unique security code for the time when they are there. Although I am born and raised in Toledo, I am frequently out of town so my alarm codes are for me to maintain security over my property and coordinate the schedules of the other contractors. I cannot have people painting the bathroom and doing plumbing work in there at the same time, hence I coordinate the work so no one is in each others way. Brent Peters is a one man show who does not respect or listen to what is being asked for, tries to sell you extra stuff you do not want, overschedules himself, then cancels at the last minute, all while finding any reason to insult or blame the customer (me) for his irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. I do think that if I had been a man, he would have treated me better, but not much. I strongly do not recommend working with him. He displays a very high conflict personality, caught up in politics, prejudice and other things not relevant to doing the job. He demonstrated that he is irresponsible, unreliable, unprofessional and cannot work well with others.

He is an amazing contractor. That’s the second job he’s done in my home. Reliable, very detail oriented, honest, very hard working. My project is show-room quality beautiful. The previous work he did in my house was also amazing. Any future work we do in my home, he will be the contractor doing it.

Awesomely!! Totally recommend him for any job. I don't think there is a job he con not do. He is the type of person that if there is one out there, he would tell you. He is also very kind.

Brent and Bracey do amazing work. Showing up when they said and and the time expected. Communication was great, they were kind, honest and extremely hard working. Going l above and beyond to make sure my house was fixed up properly, even correcting errors from a previous company that I had a horrible experience with. I highly recommend these guys for any projects you need done!

Can't express how happy we are that we chose Action Services for this project. They were the first contractors we ever hired for a job of this grandeur, and we are more than pleased. Brent and Bracy were professional from start to finish, made excellent use of their time and showed up everyday as promised until work was completed. What we most appreciated, was the fact they were great communicators and kept us informed through out the entire project. Included in that, they were certain to keep us part of the decision making in regards to certain aspects of the project as things progressed. With all that being said, the finished project speaks for itself. They paid close attention to detail through out, and also to all the finishing touches. There is no doubt we will be hiring Actions Services for future project. Very pleased.

They did a beautiful job on the full bath remodel and completed it in under a week. I've used Action sevices for multiple general remodeling jobs on my personal property, rental properties and had family members use them for larger and smaller jobs... They complete jobs in a timely manner at a fair price and the finished product has always looked good.

I could not be happier with the job they did. Brent and Bracy were professional, courteous, nice, trustworthy, helpful and most important, their craftsmanship was superb. From day 1 I trusted them to be alone in the house, going as far to give them a key so they could come and go as they needed. Each morning they would lay runners down to protect the floor, remove them at the end of the day and clean up each afternoon when they finished the days work. They were extremely good at communicating what they would be doing each day, as well as asking me what my expectations were for each part of the project. I would use their services again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
