THE DRAPERY SHOWCASE

I decided to have them make the draperies. I phoned to tell them of that decision. However, I was told to expect 2 phone calls, on 2 separate occasions, which weren't made in a timely manner. This gave me a chance to talk to my second choice and ask them to match what I was supposed to be getting from Drapery Showcase. My concern is that, if they're not returning phone calls before you give them the money, how responsive will they be once they have the cash.

We compared prices and choose this company because of their experience. We had a problem when they were finished and they were responsive to our phone call. They were knowledgeable and prompt.

First visit occurred within 3 days of phone call; visit included viewing pictures of their work and offering of ideas and colors based on furniture in the room. At this visit we selected the style of drapes and began sorting through fabrics; return visit one week later with more fabric samples and suggestions that resulted in making the final selection and receiving estimate. Completion was estimated for 6 weeks and was actually 2 weeks early! Installation took only an hour. Friendly, informed, and helpful with selections.

They were very efficient, and she was very knowledgeable. Everything turned out looking really good. I have another room that I plan to have them do next year. They were very neat, clean, and quick. It was great!

Mike (owner) installed the window treatments. He was clean, courteous, efficient, and left us very satisfied with the products and installation. Jill does the estimating and Mike the installations.

THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOME AND RE-STRUNG THE BLIND. THE PRICING WAS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO THEIR COMPETITORS.

A BEAUTIFUL JOB. JILL AND MIKE TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WE HAD DIFFICULTY MATCHING DRAPERIES TO MY FAMILY ROOM COLOR SCHEME, BUT JILL STUCK WITH IT UNTIL WE FOUND JUST THE RIGHT PRINT.
