Description of Work: We had an existing deck that we wanted to replace. Trace and his crew were amazing! He gave us the best deck we could have asked for! They came to our house when they said they would, never did we see them just sitting around. They worked extremely hard to give us the best deck they could build! I was always kept up to speed with what they were doing and if there were any issues that arose. No hidden costs, they did everything they said they would and more. After the deck was completed, we had a couple nails that were coming up and Trace came right out to fix them. We would definitely use Trace again for work that needs to be done.

Description of Work: Trace power-washed the house and removed the fungus spores that resulted from mulch. We'd had this done in the past by someone else, and Trace did a 100% better job. The results were great. One of his employees washed and painted our deck - also a great job.
