Description of Work: I contacted the Provider for an estimate to replace my pool deck. This is an insurance job and I had to send the estimate to my Insurance Co. |The Provider was very prompt in answering my questions and I thought his estimate was fair. |Now it's up to the Insurance Co.

Description of Work: Tab built a 400 sq foot wood deck on the back of my house. My experience was excellent. Best contractor experience ever - and I've been through a lot! Very professional. Very prompt. Cleaned up after themselves. Worked with me when I had more questions. My neighbors didn't even know I had a deck built! I would recommend this company again.

Description of Work: They built a large azek deck with lights and a brick path to the front yard and replanted grass all around. Also did landscaping and mulch.

Description of Work: TAB Property Enhancement added a western red cedar curved deck,railings with black balusters. Also LED lighting on the steps and deck edge. My husband and I are very pleased with the work,the guys all did a great job.

Description of Work: There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience. Trace took into consideration that I have stage four cancer and did everything he could to speed up the process. He designed a beautiful pergola which blends the indoors and outdoors. the team readjusted the design to fit the non-square corners etc. The materials used are beautiful and the effect stellar. The crew was friendly and courteous and the job site immaculate. We have a double deck and a deck outside our bedroom on the second floor. They used Azek in redland with black trim. beautiful. They doubly reinforced the base of the deck and we are finally secure walking on it. finally he included extras and lawn mowing for the summer to help us through this difficult time. We are so thankful for Angie's list and contractors like Tab Properties Enhancements.

Description of Work: Repaired a section of split-rail fence. Installed three new posts set in concrete and replaced some rails.

Description of Work: He provides snow plowing services whenever needed for us. I never have to call him, and he always lets me know if there is going to be any kind of delay.

Description of Work: The original request for service was June 19, 2014. June 20, he sends a message and I confirm my address. June 23 Trace explains there will be a delay. Not a problem. | |In his message June 23 he has me scheduled for a July 18th appointment. I replied when I returned from a business trip 7/6, that would be fine. He out of town at this time until 7/15. | |When he gets back he sends another message on 7/19 he scheduled me for 7/22 without explaining why he changed it from 7/18. I let him know that did not work as I would be out of town until 7/31. | |Finally, after I sent that response July 19 he calls me on the phone and we verbally discuss a date and time on July 31 to meet. | |Meanwhile, he sends a message through Angie's list of another date and time the following week. At this point, I was already expecting to meet July 31 to discuss the job. | |After he is a no show on July 31, (this would be the 2nd appointment scheduled for which we did not meet) he shows up at my front door, August 4,2014. He seems confused at my surprise that he actually showed up. He does not recall the phone conversation on 7/19. He is not very apologetic for his error. | |Since he is there I show him the yard and discuss the job. He starts saying he is about booked up and has few dates available to do the job. He was also pushing back on some of the area to be paved because it was not in specific pallet size amounts. He finishes measuring and states he will send a proposal. | |The next morning he sends a message back that he does not think they are the company to do my job. | |My initial reaction is his final message has a tone that it's my fault. | |I think more accurately it is his poor skills in communicating effectively and keeping appointments. |

Description of Work: Based on numerous favorable Angie's List reviews, we engaged TAB Property Enhancement to build a deck for us early last summer. Trace Baum patiently walked us through the process, giving us prices for various options and discussing design ideas with us. We told him that timing was not an issue and that we were in no rush. We originally were scheduled for late August, but there were a few last minute delays due to weather. Trace kept us informed of the situation and the revised timetable, and the work was completed in early September. Once they were able to start, the TAB crew completed all the work in a matter of a few days, exactly as promised. They were very professional: on time, courteous, hard-working, and conscientious about cleaning up after the job. We could not have asked for a better result. The workmanship was very good (even the building inspector was impressed when he came out to check the framing), and the installed lighting is a very nice touch. (Our next door neighbors have contacted TAB to inquire about adding such lighting to their deck.) Trace has been very responsive to any questions we have had, and I am confident that we can call on him if any problems arise. We are looking forward to having him and his crew back in the not-too-distant future to construct a patio for us.
