A positive experience from first contacting Trace for an estimate until the completion of the project. Prompt and clear communication throughout, absolutely top-notch quality workmanship, and beautiful results. We had a unique project in a tight space and luckily we selected the perfect company for the job. The crew was very efficient, adept at last-minute requests and on-the-fly problem solving, and did a great job of leaving the site tidy each day while keeping the disruption to my neighbors to a minimum. We couldn't be happier with our new fenced-in outdoor living space and our dogs love having some room to roam off-leash. We will be using Tab for another project next summer and look forward to working with the entire team again! As you are gathering estimates for your project, I would highly recommend contacting Tab Property Enhancement and remembering that there is usually a reason(s) why some bids are lower than others. The quality service and outstanding results that are provided by Trace and his guys are worth every penny, in my humble opinion.

Absolutely fantastic! Trace's crew showed up around 8:30 every day and worked til 6. Each day they provided us with the status of the patio and what was to come next. All of the crew is very professional and they do a great job! We are so pleased with our new patio and have received many compliments on it! We are never disappointed when Trace and his guys do work on our house! They also provided us with the landscaping and lighting around the patio, built a sitting wall along with a special area built for our grill.

While there was an initial delay in getting started due to inclement weather, they ensured that there was always an open line of communication to keep me aware of timing. Once the work began, everything went very smoothly. The workers were all professional, efficient, and highly skilled. There have been several homes in the area getting front porches redone, and it is extraordinarily obvious which ones were redone by Tab. Tab's work far exceeds all of the other work I've seen in the area. It's clear that they take great pride in their craftsmanship. I've already received at least a dozen compliments and inquiries as to who did the work.

From start to finish everything went well. Trace and his team are very professional and efficient. Even did dome work not in the scope of the project for no extra charge. The quality of the work is excellent! Highly recommend!

We were thrilled with the way everything turned out. Trace and his team were great to work with throughout. In the design phase Trace was very responsive and patient with us, working through a number of options. He provided a number of helpful ideas throughout. Trace did a good job of keeping us informed as much as possible on when the project would begin, understanding that spring weather in Ohio is sometimes difficult to predict. Once the project began, we found the crew on site to be just as great to work with. The foreman on the project, Dan, was great to work with and came up with additional suggestions along the way, which further enhanced the results. Trace was on site frequently throughout the project both overseeing the progress as well as doing some of the work himself. The entire team was professional, courteous, timely and cleaned up the site well. The overall cost for the project was very fair and Trace did a good job working with us as changes were made throughout the process. Tab Property probably won't be the lowest bid on projects, but they are very much worth it. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

We did not perform the job at this time but Trace at Tab Property was very helpful and responsive in regards to the work that needed to be done at my deck. I was very pleased with his approach and honesty during this process. I'll certainly going to contact him again in the future whenever I'm ready to proceed with the work he quoted.

Team did a great job tearing down the existing fence and replacing with a new fence. Everyone was very professional and extreme attention to detail. Would recommend for future work.

Trace was able to take my wish list and design a deck/patio that not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations. Due to the amount of sloping in my backyard we were not sure we'd be able to get the patio that I wanted. Trace was able to come up with a design to make that happen by building a deck and putting patio pavers on it, looks like a patio but really is a deck. I love it! They also installed a privacy fence on the end of the deck as well as some Landscaping to help give us additional privacy. Once everything got started they finished quickly without sacrificing quality. They also provided helpful advice for maintenance. We selected composite for the deck which turned out beautifully and had several options to choose from for the patio pavers. We were also given several options for the retaining wall blocks. Trace welcomes your input but at the same time is really great at designing something for you that will really be cohesive. We are in a tight neighborhood (houses very close together) but they were still able to get the job done, very happy with the results!

The crew worked very efficiently, in tough conditions to finish the project. The installation was done with a good quality. The finished project looks great overall. I would definitely hire them again.

The crew were a tightly-knit group of guys who performed tirelessly from start to finish. They were on-time, courteous, kept at it all day long and quickly addressed our questions along the way. The project was a nice collaboration; we brought some ideas, Trace and his foreman Dan brought others. The quality of the work they did was top notch and I'll post photos to illustrate. We would highly recommend them for any remodeling job you may be considering.

Tab was very responsive to my initial inquiry, and emailed right away. They made an appointment to come to my house within a couple of days. Trace came out and looked over my deck, and recommended due to its age and condition that I not sink money into superficial repairs that wouldn't be well supported by the deck structure long term. Gave me a detailed design with drawings and cost estimate for new deck and gazebo. I was happy with the responsiveness and the suggestions. I didn't do the work this year due to budget constraints, but I would definitely be comfortable with Tab doing the work based on my experiences.

It could not have been a better experience. I called the company and spoke with Trace Baum, explaining my need. Within a few days, he had been to my home and e-mailed an estimate and a picture of the fence type I was looking for. I knew my request was too far into the fall season to be completed immediately, so I paid the materials portion of the estimate and agreed that Trace would call when the weather was conducive to installing the fence. He purchased the materials and contacted me as soon as the weather started clearing. He called me the day before they were going to be out to install the fence. Since I was working when it was installed, Trace texted me a picture of the completed job. With the exception of a beautiful new fence and light post, there is no evidence anyone had been working in my yard. Trace Baum is a complete professional. He understands what you want and is very responsive. I could not recommend him more highly, and I will contact no one else when I need anything that his company offers.

My project involved installing a door from my secondfloor sunroom to an outside deck and stairs down to the back yard. Trace came out and rendered a 3D drawing of the deck and estimated about 9K. He said it would take somewhere between 3-5 days to build. The installation was supposed to be finished in the fall, however the city took a month to eventually deny the plans and by the time it was modified and approved, winter had indefinitely delayed the project. Though I wonder if more could have been done to expedite the city's approval process, I really appreciate Trace's professionalism and realistic updates to the timeline. He kept me updated at all steps of the process and made absolutely no promises on a timeline that he couldn't keep. This was extremely refreshing after coming off of a kitchen remodel that took nearly 3 times as long as promised and had lots of small unexpected costs. The stairs were eventually built during this warm February in about 4 days at the cost that had been quoted. I am very impressed by the quality of the stairs and the western red cedar used is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Trace and his team for any similar project.

Some delays on the power washing. The building of deck was completed in two days. The deck is beautiful and the workers cleared the debris leaving the yard spotless!

Having been dazzled by TAB's landscaping projects at out property over the last two summers, it was no surprise that the attention to detail that his crew exercised would more than translate to the interior of our house. Trace Baum, the owner of TAB Property Enhancement, has a philosophy about work habits and quality that he has honed over the years, and demands the same of his employees. He has drilled this ethic in the hearts and minds of his crew, and the results more than speak for themselves . Trace's Foreman, Dan and his assistant Mike, are excellent craftsmen who have the ability to 'think on their feet': remodeling our older home came with pitfalls and 'surprises' that included structural issues, plumbing challenges, and what amounted to a wiring nightmare. Dan and Mike and crew kept the job going regardless of the problems that came up. Their crew was meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day, which was a big help for the wife and I. I look forward to working with Trace and his crew in the future.

Trace came out to the house to view the job site and within a week provide a computer graphics rendering of our house and the proposed patio. This was extremely helpful in visualizing what the patio would look like. Trace was very patient as we made several changes to the drawing until we were satisfied. Since we had a lot of rainfall right before the start of our project, Trace continually kept us informed as to when the project would start. The construction crew, led by Dan, was very professional and punctual. They were all business and worked extremely hard the moment they arrived. This is one of the best crews I ever seen on a job. They were friendly, conscientious and took a lot of pride in their work. One bit of advice, although the computer drawing of the project was good, I would recommend going to the Unilock Company in Rittman Ohio to look at the pavers first hand. All the different styles and layout configuration are arranged all around their building. If you go inside, they will give you a diagram telling you what pavers you are looking at. They all look different in the bright sunlight compared to a catalog or drawing. Also, don't go after a rain storm, the pavers tend to darken until they dry out. Local Unilock distributors may also have samples but the facility in Rittman has large areas laid out with the different types of pavers. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased having chosen Tab Properties. Very professional company and well worth the price.

Very well in the back. The front walkway ended up requiring two drains because of standing water due to the grading of my property. Trace came out twice until they got it right by digging a drainage line along my driveway for a popup drain. They were very thorough and professional.

We had many questions and concerns of the work we wanted done. Trace quickly responded to any questions and concerns we had. We liked the fact that he does not contract out, which was very important to us. The crew of Dan, Mike, Matt and Justin were phenomenal. They were punctual and fun to work with. If I had a question or concern they would stop and take the time to explain. They also were able to take care of any changes we made to our plan on the fly. If we asked about doing something different, we got back an honest answer as to whether it would work or not. The boulders around the original beds which over time had sunk into the ground, were dug up and used to dress up the walkways and new mulch beds. The artistic shape of the beds, walkways, small patio areas and boulder placement completely transformed the way the yard looks. The scalloped fence surrounding the pool looks fantastic! They even worked through the mud (I think we had six rain days) without complaining. At the end of each day our driveway was swept and cleaned. At the end of the project Trace came back and finished cleaning of the driveway with a pressure washing. They will be back in the spring to finish up a few things that couldn't be done because of all the rain/mud and we plan on having them do a design and landscaping of the front yard. Trace was easy to work with. His crew is hard working, creative, fun and go the extra mile to make the customer happy. We would highly recommend them.

I contacted Trace and explained the issue with the drain sewer. We agreed upon a day and time for him to come out and look over the situation, Trace arrived as we arranged and we discussed what needed to be done, and we had to work around the plumber's schedule, which Trace understood fully and was very accommodating. We also discussed the installation of new steps, since the old ones had to be removed. Initially we were going to install new stone steps to match the stone walls, however, the supplier was no longer in business. Trace suggested installing composite steps, so I picked a color and we were all set. Trace and his crew arrived as scheduled to tear down the stone walls. His crew worked efficiently and arranged the stones in the turnaround so they would know how to re-stack them so the wall would be the same as it had been. Smart and impressive!!! Trace and his crew returned several weeks after the drain pipe had been replaced and rebuilt the stone walls, and installed beautiful new steps! Trace and his crew are very professional, courteous, and know what they are doing. They work hard and do excellent, precise work. I will definitely call on them again for future landscaping work! I've attached a picture of one of the stone walls that was built by TAB Property Enhancement 2 years ago which had to be taken down and rebuilt. The rebuild went extremely well you'd never know it was taken apart and rebuilt.
