I am very pleased with the services rendered. Trace showed up for the estimate when he said he would, which is always greatly appreciated. Given how rainy it has been, it took a few months to get the project completed, but that was simply a function of the weather and not this company. During the wait for the weather to dry up, Trace kept in contact with me to let me know when he thought he'd be able to complete the work. He let me know in advance when he would be able to do the power washing and the staining and he kept his word and got the work done right on schedule. He is very professional and does a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Trace came out on the next day when I called him for his services. We took a walk around the property and talked and he listened to what we wanted and he gave me some new ideas that were very good that we used to improve on our own vision of what we wanted. Due to the poor weather conditions he had to start a couple of days later, but that was no problem, as soon as the weather broke Trace and his crew were there bright and early and started the job. I came out and Trace introduced me to his crew, they were all top notch people. It was and all day job, the work was done and the area was cleaned up you would never had known that they were there. We are looking forward to having him back out in the fall to do our fall cleanup.

From the first time we spoke Trace, the owner, arrived at the appointed time. This included our initial meeting for the estimate, the estimate itself, and the work. While his estimate is not the least expensive we received, the value/$ is excellent. Trace is a true professional and a pleasure doing business with. I highly recommend him!

Trace has provided years of reliable, professional service. I use his company yearly for snow removal and spring yard cleanup (mulching and re-edging of beds)

Trace does excellent work. My driveway is always cleared very well in a timely manner after a snowfall. He even takes time out of his busy schedule to shovel my front steps and walkway. Trace cut my grass weekly in 2010 and it always looked great when he was done. In addition to cutting the grass, he edged and trimmed and cleaned up the clippings off the driveway and sidewalks. I looked forward to the weekly cuttings because my yard always looked so good when he was done with it. Trace does outstanding work. He is very reliable, hardworking, and professional. I highly recommend Trace.

Everything came out perfectly. It's just like we wanted. They were very responsive in setting up the date, because it did depend on the weather. Very professional and courteous. We are TOTALLY pleased.

We were very pleased with the work done by TAB. Getting them scheduled was a little difficult, but we expected that as they are very busy.

They are excellent. The company is professional, thorough, and prompt. While trimming a bush, they noticed a bundle of sticks in the inside corner of my gutter and removed it. They do great landscaping as well.

Project went very well. Trace and his crew did an excellent job. The estimate was exactly on target....there were no surprises or hidden costs.

The job went very fast. He came as promised on day 1 and tore down the porch which included windows and had half the deck built. On day 2 the deck was completed which included installing lights on the steps and underneath the railing with the wiring hidden. He also installed a porch light, the deck has a overhung roof. The crew of 3 were totally professional and polite. They hauled away all the old porch and cleaned up very well each day. There was barely any noise believe it or not compared to what the job entailed. My mother is elderly and was so pleased she had them do additional work at a later time. The home is brick and she had them come back and wrap aluminum siding around all the exposed wood. The deck is beautiful. We have received so many compliments and request for there services. I would definitely refer there services to whomever needed any kind of deck or porch work. The detailing on the deck was so professionally done it looks wonderful. I have a friend who is a housing inspector and he told me to do my homework in looking for a contractor. He appeared during the installation and said they were doing a excellent job. We are so pleased with Trace and his crew and the final results.

I contacted Trace one morning and left a message, which he returned that afternoon. I told him what I wanted done, and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning to meet with me. He arrived right on time, and gave me ideas about what to do in my back yard. I liked the fact that he was so confident in what would look good, and that he had experience dealing with pools. He told me he'd get me an estimate by the end of the day, and he did just that - sending it via email, with all costs broken down. I accepted the estimate and he got back to me with the date that would work. From start to finish, the entire process was finished in less than one week. It was a great experience for me and there is no doubt I will call him again when I need some work done.

I cannot say enough good things about Trace Baum and his company. My courtyard was an overgrown jungle, which needed to be completely cleaned up in one week so that exterior painting could be done. Trace returned my call promptly. He came out to look at my courtyard the following evening and to give me an estimate. Several days later, Trace and his workers had transformed my courtyard from the setting for a horror film into a place that makes me smile whenever I look at it. I am so happy that I listened to Trace about having the plants and shrubs pruned and the unplanted areas around my concrete patio filled in with river stones. My courtyard is so serene now and it reminds me of a Japanese floral arrangement. Trace called frequently to tell me what was happening and when the work would be finished. Because he was building several decks at this time, I agreed to postpone the power washing of the patio until a rainy day. Tab was completely professional and his workers did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the results, with the cost, and with having met my deadline. I will definitely call Trace about future enhancements to my courtyard and to the front of my home.

Trace runs a truly professional operation. He called when he said he would call, he showed up when he ssaid he would show up, and the work was completed when he said it would be. I explained what I wanted to him in general terms and he was able to visualize it and make it happen in a way that exceeded my expectations. From the way he made the deck fit around the pool to handing a handrail on the stairs. His attention to detail is great. The only glitch was the post holes. That is the only part of the job that he contracts out and the guy didn't show when he said he would. I sent Trace a text message telling him that the guy didn't show at 9:30 pm and he had it taken care of by 9:40. It turned out to be an emergency situation and was understandable. Even with that delay, Trace still finished the job on time.

One of the reasons we picked TAB was the vision Trace presented, the yard needed to be de-cluttered, but we had no ideas on how it should look when done. He outlined a simple plan that was right on the money. Our landscaping needed an intervention and Trace delivered. The yard looks great, not an overgrown bed in sight! The change was amazing, Trace does great work.

It looks like we have a new house! I don't think we realized just how badly the wash was needed. Trace also explained that using color-treated mulch would prevent the hotgun spores from returning.

It's easy to say that this was the best experience we have had with ANY contractor. From the initial quoting process Trace was an excellent communicator. Throughout the construction phase, Trace kept us informed of material delivery delays (there were a few during the passing of hurricane Ike), his work schedule and what we could expect next. (He completed the job within the time window he quoted even with the delays.) Every day, the yard and driveway were cleared of materials and the jobsite was organized for the next step in the process. Essentially, we gave Trace an idea of what we wanted - a natural looking flagstone walk and sitting area with mulch beds framing it away from the house and providing separation from the lawn. Trace developed the design, selected the stone that would look best in the setting and spent hours sorting stones to find the perfect match for irregular spaces. His workmanship and design capabilities are excellent - we could not be more pleased with the result.
