Trace was booked up when I called but accommodated me on Sunday afternoon. I had planned guests for he weekend of and he was gracious and worked me in.

From beginning to end a great job. This is the 2nd year we have had TAB do our spring spruce up and landscaping. We have a small yard but we are both disabled and count on Trace's crew to help us. Mike and Scott were great. Mike very patiently listened to me about the delicate perennials that I had just planted and mulched accordingly. What a great place and people that really care.

Overall, it was a good experience. There were a couple issues that came up initially but Trace was really good at addressing them. For example, there was some confusion about what exactly was desired, despite multiple emails. It seems that Trace (the owner of Tab) is getting a lot of business, so he may have gotten mixed with up my multiple emails. He was quick to respond to my concerns once I raised them and in the end, mostly everything got done the way that I had asked them to be done. There were some areas that I wondered if the weeds had been pulled up, instead of just covered with mulch. Trace said that he had done most of the weed pulling by hand, but offered to spray the weeds once a week for a month in case some made it through. The plants that Trace planted look healthy overall, especially a pretty Japanese maple. The crab apple tree is less inspiring, but I'm confident that with time it will look great as well. I especially liked the spiraling shrubs that Trace planted outside our front door. They look great. One thing that I appreciated about Trace was that he came with some ideas, even though I was pretty nebulous about what I wanted at first. Our yard has been one of the more "meh" yards in the neighborhood for the entire first year that we lived in our new neighborhood. Now I think that it is quite pretty, and as the plants mature, I think that it'll be even more attractive. In the end, I think that I would keep using Trace's services. Even though not everything was done perfectly the first time, he was incredibly responsive to my feedback and things were fixed the next day. Hopefully, as his business grows, Trace will be able to continue providing this level of service to his customers.

First I want to say that Trace and his team exceeded our expectations and we will definitely call Trace for our future projects! After seeing all of the positive reviews for TAB, I called for an estimate, and got a call back within 24 hours. Trace (the owner) came to our house just a few days later as we requested. We talked with Trace at length about our concerns with our property and he offered knowledgeable and helpful suggestions as to how to resolve our issues now and later. Trace gave us an estimate within about 24 hours. We worked together on the plans and costs, and he even came back out to the property to go over everything again. He was patient with us and wanted to make sure we were happy and understanding each other before moving forward. We did wait a few weeks before the work could begin, but it was definitely WORTH THE WAIT! There is a reason Trace is busy- he is meticulous over the details, his craftsmanship is excellent and he always goes above and beyond. Trace took down our sinking deck that was falling apart and built a beautiful, custom looking deck that we love. I could never imagine that a deck could look so good - the best part was the attention to details. We also had trees and overgrown shrubs removed and a new tree planted. Trace removed/ reduced flower beds, mulched, edged, and trimmed our bushes giving a fresh look and new start.. He also did a great job in leveling out the slope and dipped portion of our front yard. The front yard has a drastically better appearance. Each day Trace asked if we were happy, encouraged questions, offered advice about maintenace, and did extra steps to show how much he cared about the end result and making sure we were completely satisfied. One of my favorite projects was a bonus from Trace. He removed the brick pavers which had been a sloppy, uneven patio, and created a newly designed paver sidewalk area. When it became uneven after being walked on, Trace dug it up and did it again to perfection! Trace will be back to do the power washing of our house, but I am willing to wait. We have already recommended him to our family and will hire him in the future.

I contacted Trace through email via Angie's list and he responded promptly. He performed an estimate at a time convenient for me and I had a written estimate a day or two later. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of work being done: powerwashing of the deck, paver path and cement walkway; weeding of very overgrown beds; trimming of all bushes; edging of all beds and complete mulching.The power washing was done first by company employee Mick. Mick was meticulous in the work he performed and cleanup afterwards. He was very enthusiastic about the work and it was very easy to get caught up in the excitement. He did a wonderful job. The pavers that had been previously weedy looked new again; the weeds were gone and fresh sand was applied between the stones. The powerwashing of the deck removed all the green stains and dirt, and the cement walkways looked great with dirt and mold gone. The second part of the job was performed less than a week later. I was not home to meet the guys but the difference it made was evident as soon as I approached the house. All the bushes had been trimmed, beds were edged, weeds were gone and fresh mulch was applied. It was awesome.Trace was very responsive; he was prompt; he has conscientious employees. The work was performed well and reasonably priced.I would certainly have him back for other jobs and would recommend the company highly.

As with previous projects, TAB Property Enhancement did an excellent job. The driveway is so bright and clean looking, it's amazing. It really improves the appearance of the entire house. Will continue to call upon Trace and his crew for future jobs as everyone is very professional and they take pride in their work.

Our backyard was a unusable mud hole!! We had substantial flooding after rain, the kids did not have an adequate dry place to play, and we did not have a place to set a table for outdoor living. Went out for a number of quotes to install drainage, create a play area, and install a patio. Trace was the first to come out and offer a quote. He provided a detailed quote and plan within 24 hours of his visit. His price fell inline with the other companies we had quote the job. Trace came out multiple times to re-quote and develop the plan and scope of work. The plan came together, and we signed the agreement. The work started on Monday and was completed on Thursday of the same week. TAB finished within the time frame agreed to, and they were clean and efficient during the project. We could not be happier with the results! TAB provided us with exactly what we wanted and more! We now have a whole new yard that my family and I will be able to enjoy for years to come.

He got everything done in one day, cleaned everything up and it looks great.

The frequent services we required ( front/back lawn cutting) was always done on a timely manner.

Great experience. Arrived when he said he would to look at the property and give us an estimate. Communicated by email and phone as to when he would be able to start. Always returned phone calls or replied to email within 24 hours. Ran into a bee's nest while doing the tear out which he took care of himself by calling an exterminator. Job was finished in a timely fashion and I was pleased with the way they cleaned up. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

We had four sets of wooden steps from our house to the outside; three sets from the house to the patio slab and one set from the house to the attached garage. The existing patio steps were very old and unattractive. The patio slab had settled and the steps were sloping. We wanted steps that would last in all kinds of weather. TAB suggested a few different materials and, after some research, we chose composite Azek Decking boards even though they were more expensive. Trace gave us an estimate, then came out and installed all four steps over 2 days. He did a very good job on all the steps. However, after using the steps in the garage, we realized that we wanted them modified slightly to better suit our needs. Trace said he would do the modifications on a hourly rate basis. He came out again and, in 2-1/2 hours, completely dismantled the garage steps and modified them as we wanted. Again he did a good job. Trace was very accomodating throughout all the work and cleaned up after himself when done.

We hired TAB to power wash our house. Trace came out and did an excellent job with the power washing; the house looks great! Trace was very professional throughout. Since he is also a landscaper, he did not harm our landscaping. As part of the house washing, he washed the concrete porch slab. It looked so good, we hired TAB to come out a second time to power wash our walkway from the porch to the driveway, the driveway, the walk from the driveway to the concrete patio in the rear of our house, and the entire garage floor. Trace spent hours diligently washing these areas and we were amazed at the results; all these areas now look brand new even though they are about 20 years old!

Trace was prompt and professional. He did a great job cleaning our composite deck. We would use him again.

Trace came out to give me an estimate on the dead plants in the front garden. We then discussed the possibility of building a retaining wall around the front and side gardens. When we got to the back yard, we discussed the problem with the whole area around the house sinking. Trace suggested a garden by the house. When I said that we needed to replace the sunken patio also, he suggested the paver stones. He had a good grasp of the problems and came up with some great solutions. We decided to hire him to do all the work. Rain delayed the start of the project, but Trace kept in touch at all times to keep us advised on when items would be delivered and when they would be working. As they were working on the patio, we changed our mind on the basic design. Trace accommodated our desires and even came up with a better design. He and his team were very polite and professional and did an excellent job. The job Trace and his workers did was wonderful and drew several neighbors over to see the job and inquire about future work. Many other neighbors have commented on the improvement to the landscaping. We are very pleased and would hire him again in the future.

It went great overall. The backyard looks amazing !!! When he started, I really couldn't visualize what it was going to look like but it exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I are very happy with the results.

The job went very well. Trace, Dan and Mike are a great team and take pride in their work. The tear down went very well, and the rebuild is positively beautiful! We are very pleased with the cedar and the beautiful lighting they installed really adds a warm glow to the deck at night. This is the second time we have used TAB Property Enhancement, and we will certainly call upon them again for future projects.

Trace was very responsive giving us an estimate. After we agreed to go ahead with the work, Trace scheduled us in and showed up promptly. The balcony came out great and Trace and his crew did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and I would definitely hire them again.

Overall, it went very well. Trace emailed some photos of various decks he built and listened to what we wanted. We asked for gravel to be put under the deck and that was done at a later date because our yard had not been put in yet and the ground was too soft to bring the gravel to the back. He stopped over several times to check the condition of the ground and brought the gravel as soon as it was solid enough to do so. Once that was done, he proceeded to enclose the deck. He had to work around some heavy snowstorms and we were impressed at how he would work on some very cold days to finish the job.

The experience was good. As before, Trace sent us photos of lawns and gardens that he had done to give us an idea of what he could do for our property. He He gave us a higher quote that included many more plants. We asked him to put the minimal amount of plants in the landscaping to save on the total amount. He listened to us and requoted and we were happy with the reduced amount. Trace brought a crew to work the ground. They were all friendly and professional. Trace did the landscaping and we were very happy with the retaining wall design. Trace is very talented at designing and we appreciate his hard work. We will use his services in the future.

They were very courteous. They did the whole job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn't trim the trees as much as I would've liked, but that could be because it's late in the season.

They were very timely. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Excellent!! From the initial phone call to the final clean-up they were efficient, professional and exceeded our expectation. We have decided to hire them to mow our lawn on a weekly bases..

I called a few local companies in addition to TAB Property Enhancement. I had an upcoming party, and while I was hoping to have the deck built in time. I realized after talking to a few companies that I should have started working the phones earlier - most of them were booked far into the summer. When Trace (the owner) arrived to give me the estimate, I mentioned the situation to him and he took the ball and ran with it. Not only was he punctual to my home for the initial meeting (and every day after), he was very responsive with the estimate and drawings, sending me everything I needed that same day. Since his is a business that is very weather-dependent, he was careful not to make any promises he couldn't keep, but thanks to clear skies, cooperative local officials (for permits and inspections) and a diligent crew, the project was completed the day before my event. Incredible. I had my deck done a month before the next contractor could dig the first post hole. I was very satisfied with the quality of the job. There are shortcuts that can be taken with decks, but TAB went above and beyond when it came to doing this job right. No shortcuts were taken. The significance of this statement should not be underestimated; when you're paying a contractor, there are many ways that they can shave a few bucks off the job and you will often be none the wiser until you have a knowledgeable friend over who points out the flaws. Well I've had those friends over and they have had zero criticisms or complaints. ALL of them were impressed, including those with experience building decks. That's saying something. My only complaint (and it's entirely my fault) is that I should have been more vocal when it came to the lighting. I absolutely love the job they did -- you can't see wires anywhere...it's really impressive -- I just would have picked out different fixtures, even at an added cost. It should be pointed out that I never complained to TAB about this. Trace was so responsive and detailed about every issue I had, I didn't want to add anything else to the list, and really didn't realize I didn't like them until I had lived with the job for a few days. I'm just advising others to make sure they get what they want. It should also be noted that every one of my friends likes the lights that TAB picked. It's really just a personal preference. I really can't say enough about the customer service aspect, I'm sure TAB would have installed runway lighting if I'd asked them to. I just didn't ask. ***I recommend TAB without hesitation. The job was less expensive than most, was completely incredibly quickly (your mileage may vary...I got very lucky with permits/inspections), and was of exceptional quality. If you're considering using TAB Property Enhancement, you will be glad you did. If you're in Wadsworth and want to come see the deck, just call Trace - I'm sure he knows who I am from this review and can put us in touch. But you have to bring the beer!

We used Trace last year to landscape our back yard. We were so pleased that we called him again in February this year to set up a time for spring cleaning and mulching. Well, everyone knows how wet this Spring was, so even though it was delayed Trace kept in constant contact with us until he could get here. The landscaping, with 2 to assist him, took only a half day and about that much time for the stairs and railings the next day. Very professional, courteous and kept checking in to make sure everything was what we wanted. We will call him again and again.

He showed up on time and was very efficient. His communication skills are awesome. I would recommend him to others as well as us him again in the future. He also is very kind and honest.
