They did a nice job. Good communication about when they would do the work, came when they said they would and left everything neat when they left. Concrete looks much better now. Minor hitch that the estimate took a few days longer to get than was initially mentioned, but they were apologetic and gave me a discount for waiting a bit longer, and it's a busy time of year. Very courteous and professional. Love that they communicate well and quickly via Email which is a big convenience for me. Their cost was about $200 higher than a quote I got from someone else last year, but I went with them due to their positive Angie's ratings and rapid response to my Email inquiry, and was not disappointed. I would use them again. The only thing that would make it even better for me is if I could pay online via their website, as I seldom send checks out anymore. Highly recommended.

We just recently moved, and we had used TAB before at our previous home. As always, his service is very professional. He returns phone calls, he shows up when he says he will, and he does a great job! Trace did the power washing and he has another man who does the deck staining. They both did excellent work. (We had gotten a price from another contractor but the price was about the same for only power washing and staining the deck, not including the power washing of the drive, garage, walk, and porch.)

There was a wood that could not be painted last year because it was specially treated and they did come back at the beginning of spring and knocked it out and everything is perfect. They did not charge me on the second visit. They were fantastic. They just do high quality work. Their price was a little high.

The price for the services was competitive with other providers. All correspondence and service was handled in a very professional manner. The job was scheduled and performed in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the results and recommend TAB!

This was the first time in a long while when I had a contractor due everything he said he would do, do it when he said, and charged me what he said. His workman were something to watch. The seldom spoke. Each one seemed to do exactly what was needed, as it was needed. On top of that, they finished the job earlier than they promised. I have crawled around under the deck to see what kind of workmanship they did where you couldn't see it. I would absolutely recommend TAB to any one.

I did not use them, but he was terrific. He is a great listener. He was very professional, very friendly and offered a lot of ideas but was not pushy about them. He got back to us promptly, with some landscape design ideas. The only reason that we did not use them was we did not want to put out that sort of money.

When the owner actually came out to do the work, he was great. He sent an employee of his to do the painting portion of it where they sprayed our deck. We had to have him come back a couple of times as we have issues with that. The owner himself is great but the employee did not do a very good job of painting our deck. They're punctual. They didn't have any problems showing up on time. The owner is very nice. He returned my phone calls when I called him. Once their owner comes over and do the work, you're fine. If they call that company, make sure that the owner does the work. If he doesn't and sends some guy to do his work for him, I'd probably go ahead and get another estimate from somebody else.

We contacted several companies on Angies List to get quotes for our porch but chose Tab Property Enhancement who, while not the cheapest, responded in a timely and professional manner. From the first contact, we were made to feel comfortable with the whole process. Trace made himself available to answer any questions as well as providing advise and options to us. Although it took 2 months from initial contact before work began, we anticipated this in part due to the large workload. The tear-down took one day only as did the rebuild, which occurred two days later (due to rain delays). Our property was left neat and tidy as when the team arrived. They also took great care not to damage our garden bed although we had expected there to be a need for them to do so and gave them permission to the same effect.We couldn't be happier with the end result! We have a safe, sturdy and professionally constructed porch to enjoy for years to come. Great job and experience. From a happy customer!

Provided 3D layout view of proposed work and was able to think outside the box in tackling a slope between driveway and front entry (proposed slight rework of grade). Ultimately went a different direction due to budget, but speaking with Trace there was no doubt in their ability to do the work. While some contractors are vague, the estimate from Tab Property Enhancement was very detailed. Very professional.

We needed to have a large existing wooden deck removed, and had some ideas about replacing it with a deck/patio combo. We contacted several companies, and Trace responded right away and scheduled a time to meet. He came out, took measurements, listened to what we wanted to do and made a lot of suggestions to accomplish our goals. I expected an estimate in a few days, and he emailed it to me that evening, with all the details we talked about. He also sent a couple of computer generated imaged so we could envision the completed project. Over the next week, we worked with Trace to finalize all the details, colors, etc., and he made suggestions as we went along. Trace was always very quick to return phone calls and emails. When it came time to start the project, his crew arrived and tore out the existing deck very quickly. Post holes were dug, and inspected the next day, with actual framing scheduled for two days after inspection. We were leaving for vacation on the construction start date, and were a bit apprehensive about not being around during construction. Our worries were completely unfounded though, since Trace sent emails with photos and updates while we were away. We returned home to an almost-completed deck, and were thrilled with what we saw. Trace and his crew came out a couple days later to finish up the deck and landscaping, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. His crew cleaned everything up, and were all professional any time I interacted with them. We can't recommend Trace/Tab Property Enhancement enough. We're already discussing another project with him!

Trace and his crew is the best I have ever dealt with. The work they preformed was amazing and flawless! They really take pride in their work, which is rare these days. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Tab Property Enhancement. During the construction of the patio, we had a death of an immediate family member. I can honestly say, I had zero concerns about the work that was being performed and didn't have to worry about it. Tab Property Enhancement is now our only call for our work!!!!

It was an odd experience. I had to ask for quotes a couple of times after Trace stopped out. Pricing was high $ 675 for deck power wash and stain, I had that work done by another contractor at almost half of the price. I've used the other contractor in the past and they do good work. Price to power wash the house was on par. Other work is TBD. There seemed to be some miscommunications between us at first. I didn't receive the quotes I asked for until a couple of recontacts. First contact was May 15, 2013 finally received a quote on all that I requested on June 5, 2013. It could just be me, but it felt like there was a lack of interest. Just my opinion.

Beats my old service 10 times over.

It was good, they did provide the quote and ideas and his products were a little higher than we were planning to spend so we went to somebody else. We haven't finished that project yet. He's a nice guy, he seemed fair and honest and I had him for snow removal before and he was prompt during that service.

Customer Service: Trace is incredibly responsive. He returns all phone calls and emails promptly. At the end of the work day, he doesn't just leave, but checks in to see what you think. Quality of Work: Excellent. Trace and his team are problem solvers; there isn't any challenge to which they don't know the solution. Once our old deck was ripped out, we had some unforeseen surprises. Trace was very reassuring that the problems could be dealt with. He and his workers are experienced and knowledgeable. Cleanliness: During the installation, the team made sure that everything was cleaned up and neat before they left at day's end. At the jobs end, all debris, sawdust, nails were meticulously cleaned up. I have worked with TAB Property Enhancement before and based on how this most recent job went, I believe they continue to deliver excellent work and customer service. I would use them again and endorse them completely.

Trace and his team delivered the materials and started the project on 5/10/2013. They worked around the weather and completed the project on 5/18/2013. The team did a beautiful job on the deck, and we could not be happier. They cleaned up at the end of each workday and did not leave so much as a nail behind. We have had compliments from everyone that has seen the deck so far. We had a general idea of what we wanted and we got that and more, Trace has great ideas for details and suggested that we include accent lighting around the railings and lighting on the stairs, we are so glad that he did, it looks wonderful and adds an additional level of safety at night. You will not be disappointed if you hire Tab Property, I have used many contractors in different parts of the country and I have never had one finish a project one week ahead of my request date. We had three contractors quote and Tab was competitive and most of all delivers what was quoted.

At the start there were a lot of delay of communication. When they finally finished the job the stain was bubbling. They said they would fix the bubbling but they never did. He was suppose to come out and powerwash it last fall but continued to postpone. Recently he finally offered a refund for labor but only gave us a check that was a quarter of the amount, claiming it was because the stain on the deck was 2 years old. Also when they powerwashed the deck before the staining it sprayed paint all over the yard and we had clean it up. When he modified the deck, they left two nails sticking out of the hand rails. Finally they also left a pile of treated lumber sawdust in yard, which is poisonous, and left a bare spot in the grass. His communication has always been very inconsistent, when he said he would fix something he wouldn't show or give an excuse why he couldn't come.

Trace always does a very good job with any of the work that he has done for us.

Went well, but I decided on stamp concrete instead of paver blocks

I chose Tab because out of the three companies that I had quote the job, only Trace took the time to explain to me the structural weaknesses in the original design and how he proposed to solve those problems when the pergola was rebuilt. Due to the winter weather, construction on the new pergola could not begin immediately, but Trace came out and took down the damaged pergola to prevent it from completely collapsing and causing further damage. As soon as the snow cleared, Trace was back out to finish the job. He was extremely professional and kept in constant communication throughout the process. The finished pergola looks amazing and is much better built than the original that it replaced.

All work performed was of high quality and he met all expectations.

Trace stayed on top of the schedule and was punctual about his appointments. I am impressed with the quality of work and the customer service approach in all of the communications. I will definitely use TAB for my future projects.
