We used him 2 years ago, and have been trying to get him out here again ever since, and he says he will be here and he never shows up. Some of his work just crumbled on the edges, and it did not adhere to the whole thing. We have cracks as well, which we understand you can, but the front just crumbled, and we have tried getting him out, but he won't come. At first we thought we were doing pretty well, the job was okay, it wasn't the best possible job, but it was a pretty good job. At the base of the driveway, he apparently patched it or something, because the whole piece just fell off, and it crumbled. It is just sitting there. We have been trying to have him come back for over a year, but he won't call back or come out. The driveway itself seems to be pretty good, sound, but the finishing is not good. It makes me wonder if it is going to hold up. His price was where everybody else's price was. The overall quality does not seem to be bad, except when you get to that one point. If he was professional, he would come back and have a look to see everything.

I had my driveway and sidewalks done and now it's cracking, I had my bricks tuck pointed and it started falling out a week later, he even did my vinyl siding it started falling off the year it was done, My gutters were not put in the proper places after the siding was done, instead they cut them to fit in different spots. He let me hold 100 dollars to guarantee his return and never came back,nor returned my phone calls. I tried filing a complaint with the BBB but never received a response. I have no idea how James has all A's. Now I am stuck pushing siding up so it doesn't hang, I have to have my tuck pointing redone still and my driveway looks like garbage. Still waiting for James to return.

The entire job took only two days and the new driveway looks great. My only complaint was that they used my neighbor's front lawn as a staging area. Even though they used plywood to protect the lawn, it still was somewhat damaged. My neighbors were out of town at the time, so I was able to rake the grass and plant grass seed, and this spring it looked fine. And, I wasn't expecting to have to add topsoil and reseed grass along the entire length of my driveway, but I have heard from others who have had new driveways poured by different companies that this was their experience also. I don't know if any other concrete pouring companies provide better landscape repair, but for the price, I wasn't really too upset. I should have asked about their policy regarding landscape restoration when I got my estimate but it really never occurred to me. So, with that said, I do recommend this company. Just know that you may have to add some topsoil back to the edge along your driveway and plant some grass seed. Perhaps everyone can learn from my experience and ask about the landscaping aspect when you get your estimates.

The service was excellent. They showed up on time and finished when promised. They also were present for the city inspection and they handled the inspectors. They handled everything from A to Z. I would recomend them to anyone looking to get quality craftsmanship and excellent service at an affordable price.
