+ -1 moreAn appointment was scheduled between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. Time was set aside by my spouse and I. At 10:45 AM, we called Midwest and asked if there was a problem as they had not arrived. We were informed that they were "running behind". If they were running behind, a call from them would have been proper.
Description of Work: Glass Block for basement windows estimate.

+ -1 moreDAVE WAS PROMPT FOR THE ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. THE 2 GUYS WHO INSTALLED THE WINDOWS WERE VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND TOOK AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS. WE USED THIS COMPANY SOME YEARS AGO, ALSO TO INSTALL A LARGE BLOCK WINDOWS IN OUR GARAGE, AND WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: REMOVED 7 OLD BASEMENT WINDOWS AND REPLACED WITH GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS, 3 OF THEM WITH VENTS.
