septic tank
+ -1 moreIt never went. They never showed up or called. I would be fired if I did that at my job.
Description of Work: First off the receptionist was rude when my boyfriend called for service. She gave a 9 hour window timeframe of when they would come from 8-5. At 4:45, my boyfriend called to see if they were still coming (since we waited all day without any phone call). The once again rude receptionist said to call back after 5. We called back and were told to expect a phone call back. We never had a phone call. Complete lack of customer service. I am surprised that a company can stay in business operating this way.

septic tank
+ -1 moreOperator knew approximated location of septic tank lid from previous work at house under another owner. Was able to clean extremely packed tank (last records show tank being cleaned over 8 years ago) and leave area as in no one was ever there. Very happy with results.
Description of Work: Located and cleaned septic tank.
