Scott arrived on time and immediately got to work, true professional. He spent 2 days scraping old paint from the basement walls. It was hard work and he is a perfectionist. The third day he painted and now our basement walls look great. Scot was very polite and considerate. We have hired Clink Builders in the past and we will do so again in the future.

The job was completed in an exceptional timeline considering that I called at the end of the concrete-pouring season. Bill Clink was able to fit me into the schedule and the weather cooperated. They did a great job. The Clinks were a pleasure to work with.

Bill's team worked hard everyday to complete the job. His team removed dead trees and rocks from the property, dug deep trenches and installed a complete drainage system around the garage and yard and attached it to the city sewer system through my neighbor's back yard. He leveled the yard, placed top soil and replanted the grass. He also installed a new driveway with a drain, fixed several city sidewalk areas and installed a beautiful stamped concrete ramp to my front stoop. I am trilled with the results and would hire them again for any work I need in the future. Bill and his team are top notch.

Bill Clink was very responsive to my problem. He first sent someone to check my downspouts and main water line to the street to determine if there was a blockage. He gave me a DVD of the camera work. When no blockage was found, Bill came out personally to assess the problem. He determined that, over the years, the landscaping in that corner of the house had built up so that the rain water was draining towards the house rather than away from the house. Scott installed window wells around the three basement windows in that corner. He also pulled out multiple shrubs and plants in that corner, regraded the soil so that water flowed away from the house, and replanted the shrubs and plants. He also had to raise a sprinkler box and an air conditioning condenser in that area. it was a massive job of regrading. Scott did an excellent job. Very efficient, neat, and skillful. Once he was finished, that area looked great. Scott also found a sprinkler head which he determined contributed to the moisture problem. It is obvious that Bill, his wife Dottie who does the office end of the business, and Scott take much pride in their work and treat their customers with respect. Very professional and very kind people. I am also impressed that they answer their phone and return calls on the weekend. Highly recommend!

Mr Clink examined the house and let me know there was not a problem that required mediating. He examined the house thoroughly. He was very helpful and honest about the situation. He was expert at being able examine the house for any signs of shifting or foundation weakness.

Mrs. Clink responded to my initial phone call promptly. Mr Clink provided an estimate quickly and completed the work within the timeframe promised. The crew was polite and professional. Quality work with excellent cleanup. Would definitely use the company in the future.

They gave us a recommendation of 4 days and actually got it done in 2 1/2 days. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, they were not suppose to seed and mulch, but I went and got the materials, and they finished up for. They were more then willing to help coordinate with other projects and got things done. I highly recommend.

Bill came to our home and did a thorough inspection and gave us some suggestions. He advised he didn't do the kind of work that needed to be done but would pass our info along to someone who could help. A few days later he called back and advised he had followed up with his contact and they would be out soon to take a look. We appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help. Seemed very trustworthy.

Bill was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what had happened to them creating the issue. The original stairs were just poured cement and a footer was never poured underneath causing the stairs to sink. He knew that the stairs were the main access to the yard for the dogs and tried to get them replaced in a timely manner. Bill and Dottie responded to my questions and made sure I was kept in the loop regarding the process. The wait for their service was a little longer than expected, but the stairs were worth the wait. Also, the dogs are very happy to be able to go out the front door to the yard with ease!

Bill was terrific. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and talk through the work that needed to be done. We contracted in January and work was performed in July. Bill and Dottie were always responsive when i reached out to inquire about scheduling.

Everything went well and the crew did a very professional job. The site was thoroughly cleaned after the job was complete. They were very responsive to all my questions. It took a year from the camera work to the completion since there is a great demand for their work but it was well worth the wait.

It went very well! They did an excellent, fast, professional job, and they left that part of our lot in very clean shape afterwards. I don't know whether what they charged me is high, average, or low, but they were great to deal with.

The team was very professional and hard working, especially in the heat. The price was a bit steep but I knew that it was an expensive project to begin with. I will hire them for any future projects

I contacted Clink Builders because I was getting water in my basement through the basement floor. When I explained the situation, Bill Clink advised it wasn't a waterproofing issue and gave me advise on what to do. I followed most of his advice - had the city come out, locate the tee and camera the storm sewer. I say most of his advice because he offered to camera the sewer but the city does it for free. The city replaced my tee so as of right now I don't need the services of Clink Builders. But I wanted to write because I was quite impressed that Bill Clink was honest and upfront about the situation from the beginning. He didn't try to rope me into doing something that didn't need to be done. There aren't too many people like that in the world these days. I would highly recommend him and if I need anything in the future I would definitely contact him again.

Excellent! Bill Clink advised epoxy sealing 2 cracks from the inside vs excavating from the outside to seal 2 leaks in the basement wall saving considerable money. Valuable advice. Scot who did the work was very professional, knowledgeable and right on time for the required 2 visits. Dottie the office manager was always available and the sweetest person you will ever want to know. Highly recommended company.

Because I have a patio enclosure it would have been too expensive or not safe to dig underneath. I had to go in a different direction for repairs.

Great! All of the guys arrived early in the morning and they all worked very hard. The work was done professionally. All of the guys were friendly. They cleaned up ever day before they left and our basement was cleaner when they left than when they got here. All of the work was done exactly as described by Bill Clink. And everything was put back to look the like it did before they came. They even helped us replace our mail box post, at no extra cost. We will definitely be calling Clink Builders in the future for more work!

1. Roofer found large holes in flashing area where roof meets chimney where water could come into house, He replaced flashing and resealed so no open holes. Basement wall and chimney flue water leaks were repaired - no leaking now after several hard rains. Total cost $400. Clink's honest evaluation and skill saved us from spending thousands for work other contractor was going to do that was not needed. 2. Previous plumbing contractor jetted sewer line fill up causing signifiant flooding and damage to interior of our finished basement. This dishonest contractor showed me video camera footage of sanitary sewer line damage and work needed. Later when I called for copy of video they did not have it. Clink sent out his camera person to redo video of the 142' of sanitary sewer line for 2nd opinion. Clink then notified me that camera showed no damage and minor root blockage that could be jetted out but line open and no work needed to repair line. In fact there was a sanitary clean out that had got buried and he could dig it out so in future we could jet out from clean out rather than remove toiilet. The other contractor's estimate included putting in a new clean out when we already had one, The roofer, the camera person and Bill Clink were all professional and mosf of all honest. It is much appreciated that there are still skilled, honest contractors like Clink on Angie's list,

The Clink team work like a well oiled machine. Dottie is great to talk to or send messages with quick follow up. Bill was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and why. The crew of Eric and Scott were unbelievable workers and got the job done in a professional way. They promised to clean up when the job was done and I was pleased with their efforts.
