I would definitely hire Clink Builders again and would recommend them without reservation. There was approximately six months between when we signed the contract and when they were able to begin our project, but they were worth the wait. Their communication throughout the project was excellent and I was kept abreast of their progress, concerns, and project modifications throughout. I feel confident in the work that they completed and was impressed with the thorough nature of their clean up and communication throughout.

It didn't go. Clink advised me they were too busy, that they were booked until the end of the year.

I recommend Clink Builders and Contracting without hesitation. Bill Clink is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Bill is an expert in his field, and his crew is composed of skilled professionals who not only know their trade very well, but are always professional and courteous. The work we contracted Bill to do was complicated, so I’d like to go into some detail to describe what Clink Builders was able accomplish. Our home was built in the 1850s and one part of the basement was created in about the 1930s. The wall created in the 1930’s was in disrepair with leaning and shifting and multiple cracks and was going to collapse inward. During heavy rains, water would literally pour in through the wall. To complicate matters, our gas, water, and sewer, and electrical lines and breaker box were located along this wall. In other words, the entire wall had to be excavated without interfering or damaging any of those lines. We had consulted several contractors and Bill Clink was the only one who assured us that none of the lines or electric box would have to be moved, and he assured us our water, gas, and electricity would never be shut off during the process. Because of Bill’s many years of experience and reputation, we chose him for the job and are very pleased with the results. I’m not an expert, but it seems to me this was a very complex job. The house had to be supported on jacks, the exterior excavated without disturbing any of the lines, and the wall demolished and removed before a new foundation wall could be put in. Bill and his crew did all of this work without any issues, and the end results are fantastic. As Bill promised, none of our utilities were shut off during the process, and we did not have to vacate the house at any time. We cannot be more pleased with the work. The work done included excavating the foundation exterior, remove existing foundation wall, drain tile work and new downspouts, footer, build new wall with rods drilled into the footer, exterior wall plastered and sealed, seed, fertilizer and straw areas for new grass. Even though over two dump trucks of dirt and debris were removed from our property during the process, our property was left very clean… The new foundation wall is very solid, made with 12 inch block and reinforced every 48 inches. Bill put in a new drainage/downspout system and the wall is dry even during recent heavy rainfall. Bill gave us regular updates throughout the job and his crew was efficient, respectful and worked quickly. The entire job was complete in a little over a week. We found Bill to trustworthy, reliable and conscientious. He is thorough and does top notch work. Dottie, who works in the office, was a joy to work with and always helpful and dependable. It’s important to note that Bill personally supervised the work and was always available to answer any questions. His crew, which included his son, was outstanding. I highly recommend Clink Builders and Contracting.

Brian and his crew were very professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived on time, were very neat and paid attention to detail. The job was completed faster than I expected and the finished steps exceeded my expectations. I felt the price was very fair for the work provided and would recommend them highly.

Bill suggested before anything else to contact the city to see if the connection to the main has problems. He said that this can solve the issue with no cost for us. It turned out that this was the problem indeed. Throughout the process with the city they called numerous times to see if they can help expedite or help with no monetary compensation expectation. Amazing service and support even after it became evident that they will not make a profit— I wish everyone would have the supportive and humanistic approach Doty and Bill have. Could not provide a warmer and stronger recommendation for someone who cares first and foremost about the customer and about solving the issue. I would always call them to get an honest opinion about house related projects

Clink Builders was fantastic! We're so thankful for the work they did! A previous contractor left work uncompleted and never returned. Bill and his crew were able to come in and finish the job. In hindsight, I wish that I had found Clink Builders first and hired them to do the work from the start. We needed a 10-foot, 3-course foundation cinder block wall repaired under our sun porch addition. This was found after all of the rain gutter drainage around the house was replaced. The previous contractor had excavated the area, but never returned. Clink Builders removed the damaged cinder blocks, replaced them with new blocks & mortar, waterproof sealed the wall, connected the gutter drain pipes, tied in the sump pump drainage, and back-filled the area. Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with; from the owner Bill, to Dottie (both on the phone and through e-mail), to Brian, Eric and Eric. They started the job on July 3 and came back the next day (on Independence Day) to complete the project. I recommend Clink Builders to anyone and I would hire them again if needed. Very pleased with Clink Builders. Bill was very responsive to all of my questions and explained everything in detail. He and his friendly crew take pride in their work and completed the job in a thorough, timely and professional manner. Bill also removed several large shrubs and disposed of them for me. Dottie is great and responded to my questions quickly. They left the work site thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Clink Builders.

Bill Clink and his crew did a fantastic job tearing out and repouring a concrete driveway at my elderly mother's house. His wife Dottie was my main contact and she did a great job keeping me informed on the timing and progress of the project. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and the finished driveway looks great. I would not hesitate to use Clink Builders again. I highly recommend them.

Massive projects completed several months apart (Oct. 2018 & Apr. 2019), but both done during bad weather. Despite the cold and damp, Bill and his crew completed both jobs in a timely, professional manner, and the quality of their work has made our century home stable again! Bill met with us at our convenience, was straightforward about the work to be done, and provided reasonable quotes for both jobs (especially considering the scope of the work). Clink Builders will be our only go-to contractor for all future jobs.

Everyone was professional and ciurteous. I've been trying t to find a contractor for this job for a while and Clink builders did it for a reasonable price and made me feel confident that it was done well. Their was nothing for me to clean-up when it was completed.

I have a split level house with a slab on one side of house which was sinking. I had been looking for quite a while for someone to fix this problem but on one matched my needs. I found Bill on Angie's List and he contacted me right away. Bill was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of my slab problem and had done this type of work before. He projected confidence, honesty, assurance, timeliness, and reliability. His quote was very reasonable. In addition, he does (or will get the right person) to complete the various other additional tasks, I requested, (in a timely fashion). In my case these tasks included replacing a fireplace wall/hearth, Mantle, laying ceramic tile, painting, woodwork replacement, laying carpeting, and other minor tasks. Bill and his wife Dottie were great and very personable. They always got back to me quickly with any concerns I had and updates. Their crew (which was also family) were great, friendly, knowledgeable, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were very helpful. I was very pleased with the entire job they did for me and would highly recommend them. They really went out of their way to complete my job.

Bill and Dottie are wonderful to work with. I'm very pleased with the work they did. I interviewed a number of professionals before deciding to hire Clink Builders. Bill came over himself and was very honest, to include telling me what I didn't need. A few other companies were very willing to sell me more than I needed, so I appreciated the honesty. The work was completed in the fall, but I waited to give the work a little time to write the review. Foundation looks great, I've monitored the cracks that had been created with the original foundation issue to make sure all the movement had stopped. I didn't want to fix the cracks in my plaster until I was sure, but all is well, I'm fixing the cracks and I'm very happy. Dottie is the sweetest person to talk to! I definitely plan on hiring them for other projects in the future.

Written estimate. Communication with Bill was courteous and accurate. When ground was dug up it was found that drain pipe has separated causing water problem. All fixed and waterproofed. Very helpful (took out a few extra bushes for us). Explained all that was done very clearly. I felt that the price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

We knew going into the project we were going to have a difficult time finding the right company for this particular part of the job. This was a difficult and complicated project that needed an outfit willing to think outside of the box and be willing to work in difficult and uncomfortable conditions. 10 different companies essentially told me they were not interested based on my description of the project. As hope dwindled I ended up calling Bill Clink and after 5 minutes on the phone he said “let me come look”. After about a half an hour of observing the site and discussing the project Bill had a plan and was willing to do what many other much larger outfits has no interest in doing. The crew was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They took great care in making sure every aspect of the job was thought out and executed in the exact way it needed to be. Despite the cold weather, rain and otherwise difficult weather conditions the guys worked through it and finished on schedule without cutting any corners. Could not be any more happy with the work. In all honesty the job done exceeded all of our expectations.

We dealt with their mason, Brian. He went above & beyond to fix our problem. He was thorough in explaining our problem. He was on time, neat and very respectful of our property. He did a great job matching the existing brick. I can't say enough good things about our experience. An added bonus was a 6 month follow-up email to make sure everything was still good!

Mr. Clink was personable and was good at explaining to me what needed to be done. His crew worked swiftly and cleaned up the work area.

Clink was professional, experienced and had a terrific crew. He wasn’t the most expensive nor the cheapest but he certainly delivered a high-quality product.

We were very satisfied withn the work. On the front porch, the concrete pad was removed as it had deteriorated. After the pad was removed it was determined that the side wall of the porch would have to be removed and replaced. The porch was rebuilt with bricks that matched those that remained after the partial demolition and a new concret pad was poured.. In addition, since the sidewalk pavers leading up to had sunk, they were removed and additional paver base was put down. The pavers were then put back at the appropriate level New mortar was paced around the back steps as the original had deteriorated. The foreman, Brian, was great about communicating with us, performing the work and monitoring the job. He and was a pleasure to work with.. The mason, Randy, did a great job as did the laborer, Sean. We would definitely hire Clink again.

Bill Clink and company are very easy to work with and extremely thorough. Mr. Clink brought a drain clog to my attention and let me know it was the city's responsibility or I would've paid for it myself. They increased the size of my driveway and overall did a wonderful job. Their office administrator is always friendly and on top of everything. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional group of people.
