It went very well .It took a little back and forth before final contract agreed upon but not unusual for a project like this. Excellent final outcome.

I had to reschedule the work once. The sub-contractor called the night before to confirm the appointment. In the morning, they had to reschedule due to an employee calling off work. They rescheduled the next work day and arrived exactly on time. Got to work right away. Very efficient and professional. Handled unexpected problems with knowledge and expertise. Completed in one day. Cleaned up completely after themselves. The work looks great. No complaints. The contractor called both before and after to make sure everything went well. I have further work scheduled with the contractor for foundation repair.

They were punctual and professional. While their estimate was very close, another good company came in a little lower.

Work was not done due to home buying contract failure....

This company is very popular for good reason. Bill is honest, fair, and thorough. That said, he told me it might be 6 months before he could get to my job. However, I was so impressed by his knowledge, caring, and honesty, that I waited. Fortunately, we had one of the driest winters and springs in years so it was not an issue. They came in and did the work efficiently and effectively and ahead of schedule.

Initially there seemed to be a mix up with when they would come for an estimate. Once that was ironed out, we agreed on another time. The guy (Son of the owner) who came, was very polite and professional. Unfortunately the estimate he gave to me, was far more than we had planned to spend. Also we had two other estimates for identical work that were less than half of what this one was. Therefore, we decided to go with another company.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism of Bill and his son Eric. They took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The entire job took about 5 days. They worked very hard, despite temperatures in the 90's for a few days. The original quote was around $12,000. I ended up paying an additional $1500 to replace the base material (24 tons) and the extra sidewalk pad. Bill was up front in the contract that he did not know what the base was like until he tore out the old concrete, so I have no issue with that. I mention it only so people are aware that the final bill can come in higher depending on how the job goes. They don't always know what they are getting into until they start. I am impressed with the workmanship and would highly recommend Clink builders for concrete work.

Bill and his son were totally professional, punctual, and forthcoming. Pleasant to talk to. You can tell that even for (what they would consider) a small job such as this, they take a lot of pride in their work. After they were done they made sure to thoroughly pressure wash all dust & debris from the construction work off the cemented areas of property, off the house, and off the neighbors house. Price was very reasonable and well below 2 other bids, mainly because Bill was the only one who took the time to actually look at how the pool was constructed and what exactly he was getting into. Highly, highly recommended!

HAD A SLOW START BUT ONCE THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED AND BEGAN THE EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASANT. BILL, THE OWNER, ERIC HIS SON, AND SCOTT SHOWED UP THE FIRST THE DAY. THEY ALL WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. DIDN'T MIND ME HANGING AROUND ASKING QUESTIONS. COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW HARD AND QUICK THEY WORKED. THEY RAN INTO A PROBLEM WHEN THEY TORE OUT THE OLD CONCRETE WHICH MADE THE JOB NOT ONLY HARDER BUT ALSO REQUIRED MORE CONCRETE THAN EXPECTED. BILL NOT ONLY FINISHED JOB AT ORIGINAL ESTIMATE BUT HE ALSO HELPED ME OUT WITH ANOTHER SMALL PROJECT. CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT GUYS THERE TO DO THE CONCRETE BOTH OF WHOM WERE ALSO NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY ALL MADE A STRESSFUL TIME AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE.THEY GET ALOT DONE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HIRE THEM AGAIN. ONLY WISH THEY COULD BE MY ALL AROUND ALL INCLUSIVE PERSONAL DO IT ALL COMPANY.

His price was reasonable, and his service, he did everything he promised he would do when he promised he would do it. He and all of his workers were polite and courteous. He comes out and gives you the facts, and he is upfront in telling you he can't give an exact fee until he gets in there and sees exactly what's going on. He also gets all the city permits for you so you don't' have to.

Found contractor through Angies List, called and received estimate from the owner, Bill Clink. Because of the record rainfall in 2011 they didn't start work until April 2012. They called to set up time to begin work, then promptly started and completed all work in 3 days. Did a great job. We are very pleased with the work they performed and received a written lifetime warranty on work performed.

Everyone I encountered on the staff, from Eric the camera man , to Dottie his lovely wife, Scott and their son were all pleasant, polite , good workers. They were very tidy, the cleanup was great. I could still go to work those two days. They would be there when I got home. Last night was a hard rain and no water in the basement. Yeah!

Absolutely excellenent service, craftmanship and planning. Clink Builders was referred to me by by a friend who is a building inspector for a local city. He recommended the company highly and I was not disappointed. Bill was able to evaluate the situation and provide a plan for repair and explained that things may change once excavation started.. Once we began, it was obvious more extensive repairs were needed. Bill diagnosed the problem correctly by finding the root cause of the problem. He doesn't do short cuts and made sure every aspect of the project was done correctly. He also made sure I clealy understood what the problems were, the options for repair and pros / cons of each option. He made his recommendation and helped me make the right decision for me. They worked very hard; no fooling around, no bad language and the work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. No trash was left for me to clean up. The repairs were extensive and required trenchs to be dug, new pipes to be installed and the house foundation to be repaired. After all that work, a new concrete walkway and dirveway was poured. I could not be more pleased with the workmanship and the final results. This is a family business tha takes takes great pride in the quality of work they do and the relationship with their customer. Two weeks after the work was done, Bill stopped by, just to check in. Bill's wife manages the office and is such a pleasure to talk to. Calls are returned immediately and questions are answered fully. Bill is so professional and genuinely cares about his customers. I recommend Clink Builders so highly and give them the highest rating possible.

I loved him, but decided to hire a plumber to fix the problem. He snaked the drain and discovered the root of the problem. I think Bill Clink is awesome! He enabled me to fix the problem.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Clink. He was honest and delivered what he said. He did not charge for items that I did not need. He finished on time and there was no mess left at the property.

I would say Bill Clink earned our trust early on. We were in the dark about the process and he educated us. We shopped around and felt most comfortable with Bill. He was professional and personable. We are also going to use them to do our driveway. I have also referred their services to a friend and they will be using their services soon.

Our basement wall had a crack due to the clay pushing against it. Klink dug out the old clay, replaced it with gravel and topped it with topsoil. They also checked and replaced drain tiles to make sure we have good drainage. They were so good about being careful of digging around electrical lines that much of the digging work had to be done by hand instead of machine. That day it was 95 degrees! When they finished, they put down topsoil and replanted all our plants. We were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend them highly!

From the beginning Bill Clink was very responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained all of the work to us and completed the work in a timely fashion and in line with his original estimate. We would not hesitate to call Bill again for any future work.

The were fantastic! Bill Clink and his team are among the most wonderful people I've ever hired, which made the process so much easier. First we were not sure what was causing the wall to bow. We had gotten roughly 4-5 other companies we were considering and had 2 civil engineers look at it. Some companies came out to look and were afraid to do the work, because they said you don't know what you'll find once you start digging. Clink's team calmly and professionally evaluated that the problem, which they predicted, and turned out to be, an incorrectly poured side wall foundation, which caused the other wall to bow out. They communicated the information in a manner that made it easy to understand and deal with. After his team dug up the foundation they redid the one side wall footer, which corrected the problem according to engineering standards. It was obviously hard work, but they got the job done very reasonably priced and very professionally and I feel very very confident that it was done right. In addition, part of the wall required masonry repair and his subcontractor was excellent. He matched the brick perfectly. While he was doing the concrete work, we asked him to contract with us to expand our back porch and redo the drainage, which he also did, also very reasonably priced and of excellent quality. I would highly recommend them.

I CONTACTED MR. CLINK MAY 28,2011. WE MET AT THE LOT AROUND JUNE 13 WHERE I SUPPLIED HIM WITH A COMPLETE SET OF ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND SPENT OVER AN HOUR DISCUSSING OUR PLANS. WHEN HE LEFT HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE US AN ESTIMATE ASAP.IT IS NOW OVER A MONTH LATER AND STILL NO ESTIMATE. HE WON'T EVEN TAKE MY CALLS OR RETURN MESSAGES I LEFT ON HIS ANSWERING MACHINE.IF HE WERE TO SUBMIT AN ESTIMATE NOW, I WOULD NOT BE INTERESTED HAVING HIM WORK ON OUR HOUSE. RELIABILITY IS A BIG DEAL.

Excellent quality of work. Weather conditions were a major problem.

My husband and I have had a lot of work done during the 32 years we have owned this house. No company or tradesmen have impressed us as much as Clink Builders Inc. Bill and the workers came when they said they would, are personable, knowlegeable, professional and have an outstanding work ethic. We are extremely happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone. (Bear in mind that we are OBSESSIVE about our property.) P.S. Our neighbors are all amazed that our landscaping, yard etc. do not show any sign of having been excavated earlier this week. We told them that the best part is we didnt have to lift a finger to get things back to normal. . .

The job went well. An unexpected early winter stalled the job mid-way. The estimate was detailed and accurate.

The two gentleman who did the work came out and worked on a saturday and sunday in the snow. The ownder, Bill Clink came out both days and checked on the work. They did nice work and were courteous. They did not make attempts to clean up after themselves which I'm assuming was due to the snow falling. I didn't actually realize this until they had left, so I cleaned up myself. I've used Clink in the past and was very satisfied with the price and the quality of the work that was completed. I feel the same with this work. I would definately use them again and might have them do a bath remodel for us.
