Fantastic! We found water in our family room while removing old carpeting on Monday. We were due to have new carpet installed Thursday. In spite of this being their busy season, the repairs were done quickly. Someone was out Wednesday to send a camera down the drain pipe to look for the cause. We were given a DVD so we knew exactly what they were repairing. The repairs were made Thursday so we didn't have to delay the new carpet installation. They guy who did the repairs was prompt and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done.

I had an issue with standing water in my garage caused by a badly installed drain which was higher than the level of the concrete. This was original to the house. Clink excavated the existing floor, installed a new drain and concrete that is now correctly graded so any water will drain away. Bill Clink was great to deal with and obviously has a lot of experience. He recommended a solution, gave me a fair price then carried out the work in a very professional manner. Dottie in the office was very responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The team worked hard and I am very pleased with the results..! I have already scheduled additional work to investigate a drainage issue around my basement.

Got estimate last summer. Wait time was six months--not a problem for me under my circumstances and Clink and staff were worth the wait. They are extremely patient, informative, trustworthy, and thorough. Plan your project early and you will not be disappointed. He's top on my go-to list for future projects.

He was fine, he was a very straight shooter. He was very upfront and honest, but in the end decided not to get the foundation waterproofed again. I realized that waterproofing wasn?t the best solution thanks to his advice.

They were very polite, responsive to my requests and answered all of my 100 questions about the process. They were worth waiting for to do the work.

verified there were no issues with the basement walls. selling home and inspector thought that there was a problem with water on one wall. upon inspection by Clink, he found no evidence of water from 8 year old poured walls. Clink put it all in writing along with a video of the scoped drain lines around the house. Buyer was satisfied and we sold the house !! Clink did a great job.

Bill and crew were great! I felt he was very knowledgeable and was confident he knew what he was doing. Dug all around the foundation of our home replaced non existant block and footers, Replaced cement in driveway. Cleaned up each day. Let me know when he was coming and was prompt. Only complaint may be we often played phone tag. Have since recommended him to a friend.

We called in April 2014, at least a week before a very big storm left a lot of dry basements in the area flooded. I left a voicemail for him that day saying I hope we get priority because we had been in touch first. In late April, his crew came out and did a video inspection. We were told the cost of the inspection would be calculated into the quote to fix whatever was found to be broken. The video went well, after that though, we couldn't get a hold of him again. I have 4 voicemails saved on my answering machine and at least one email all saying he would be back out to provide us a quote on the project. At one point he came out and dropped off the VHS tape of the video (which is worthless, no one uses VHS anymore) and told us his plan, wrote some things down, and said he would be in touch with a quote. That never happened. It is now December and while the email from June 27, 2014 said he would put a quote together and would get to us "late in the year weather permitting" we have heard nothing. I see from other members on Angies list he did a lot of work "late in the year" for other people. We now have a $400 VHS tape and a still wet basement. His lying is incredibly unprofessional and he should be ashamed of himself. I spoke to a half dozen other contractors who were honest with us to say they were too busy for our job. We have now wasted a year waiting on empty promises. Honesty goes a long way in any business, this one should take note. Update post the Response from the service provider: Clink Builders would only refund our monies if we signed a legal contract stating we would never speak poorly of them again. I wonder how many others they offered that contract to in the past? AFTER we refused the legal contract, Clink Builders did offer to make the refund a "good faith" effort. However, by that point, we were quite unnerved by the entire situation. Our review stands. We do have contractors quoted and lined up for 2015, their refusals were that they were too busy in 2014 as we didn't end up calling them until July/August - it IS a big project, we know that. Again, we started our relationship with Clink Builders early in 2014 to avoid that exact situation. All Angies Lists contact info was updated as soon as Mr. Clink brought it to our attention, I had no idea it was still the old address, we just moved recently.

Besides a challenging schedule, Mr. Clink was very punctual, responsive and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the reason for the issues, what they were doing to correct and provided warranty for the work. We appreciated the work and relationship so much that we called him back to do more minor work on the house. This is a family business that treats people with respect and he is a perfectionist. The quality of work shows. My only reason for rating professionalism has excellent is purely that they don't leverage technology quite as much as a typical business does today. i.e. don't accept credit cards is a key example.

The best experience I have ever had with a contractor! Bill Clink delivered late in the season when the driveway asphalt companies were getting ready to close down. And he did it professionally and economically. He is a good man who is generous with his time and knowledge. I had just bought the house and discovered I should get a new roof and driveway done before winter. And he did a great job! I had to change up the path of the drainage pipe at the last minute and he said "no problem." I think he might have a problem with working too many hours and days each week, but his wife, who mans the phones, apparently has no problem with it! :) He uploaded pics of the trenches and stones under the pipes so I would know the quality of the work he did. The service is very personalized to fit the individual needs of the customer. In world of cutthroat, unreliable contractors, it is good to know there are solid citizens will to give their all to a customer in need --- and do it well! It is because of all these things that I chose Bill over several others that I could have hired. One was less than half his cost, two were more than twice what he charged me. I would hire Bill and his guys anytime in the future and recommend that you do too!

Good, Easy to get it done in the wintertime. Bill Clink is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

The video inspection of the sewer lines revealed two problem areas from the back yard patio. After my husband and I dug-up these areas, I called Bill Click. Scot Meyers (from Bill's office) responded via phone call. Scot came out to inspect the situation and take measurements for Bill's price estimate. Since it was already mid September, we accepted Bill's estimate and therefore, can't say if it was an excellent/good price. Since I have underground sprinkler lines, Scot had to dig-up by hand all of the downspouts and piping from the patio to the back of the house. He replaced the piping and downspouts and covered-up the trench with dirt as he went. Scot was very knowledgeable about his work, extremely friendly and a very hard worker. He finished the job in one day by himself. Although I didn't get other price estimates, I feel the cost was justified and I have no regrets on the price. Much to my surprise, Scot said this job was considered a small job for Bill's company. Thank goodness for people like Bill Clink. I would also like to mention, Dottie (Bill's wife), who works in the office, is an absolute pleasure to speak with.

The May 12, 2014 rain storm lasted over 5 hours with heavy rain. I had some water infiltration on the floor at the front (of house) basement wall. There wasn't any flooding and nothing was ruined. However, I was concerned if this was a fluke or was it a sign of worst things to come. After having two structural engineers and Bill Clink come out to inspect the basement, I was given several recommendations. One of the recommendations was to have the sewer lines inspected for any blockage. The video inspection was performed by Eric, who encouraged my husband to follow him around during the inspections. The main sewers were fine but two problem areas were discovered from the back yard patio. After my husband and I started digging up the underground pipes, we discovered that Eric was right on the mark. We stopped digging and called Bill Clink for an estimate to fix the problem. Eric was excellent in his job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I can't say enough about Bill Clink and his crew, including his wife, Dottie, who "holds down the fort" a.k.a. Bill's office . Dottie takes the phone calls and handles much of the communications. She is always pleasant and easy to work with. Bill is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and is also good to work with. His son, Eric, and his other employee, Scott, were wonderful and very hard working. Scott often arrived first and got to work immediately. I was fortunate to be home to watch and observe the entire time they were there, ( about 3 or 4 days as I recall) and it was obvious that they operated as a "well oiled machine" always working in an efficient and methodical manner. It has been nearly 6 months since they finished the waterproofing and so far so good!! We've had no more water seepage despite many hard rains throughout the Summer and Fall. Kudos to Bill Clink and his crew!! We highly recommend them to anyone having foundation issues!! As a Post Script...I was walking around the outside of the house on the day they were wrapping up our job, when I noticed a sudden hole that had JUST developed at the juncture of where our backyard patio meets one corner of the house. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem and said he knew someone who could fix it fairly quickly if we were interested. We worked through Dottie and Bill and had the other Contractor fix the issue within a week or so as I recall. It was almost effortless on our part except for writing the check :-) Bottom line, the Clinks came to our rescue and we are very appreciative!!

Mr. Clink was wonderful. First of all he drove through a storm to come and give me my estimate. I had three contractors scheduled that day to give estimates but he was the only one to brave the weather and actually show up. I had expressed my urgency to all of those scheduled. My once dry basement was taking on water each time it rained the problem was getting worse. It was reaching the point where permanent damage was a concern. If it rained I knew I would be pumping water out of my basement. I was impressed with his plan for solving the problem and we scheduled a date. He arrived on time, and was on the job himself every day. They trenched the exterior wall, waterproofed, installed new drain tiles, updated my exterior drainage system. and made sure that my property was properly sloped and graded. He and his crew were professional, did little extra things that had not been discussed and cleaned up after themselves. It has been a few months since the work was done and my basement is as dry as a bone. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He was a pleasure to work with.

It was a big job that spanned across a week for the majority of the work; another week for all the finishing touches to be completed. Much of the work was done by subcontractors that seemed to be frequently used by provider. We are very pleased with the end result.

Mr. Clink made a very competent and professional impression and we decided to go ahead with project. It took a long time for them to start the work as they are very busy. Once they started they worked very hard to finish and did an excellent job. Also they were careful with the lawn and did a good clean-up after they were done. The employees doing the work worked very hard and were very competent, polite, and helpful answering any questions. I would definitely hire this company again.

When we called, the estimator was prompt and professional. He discussed a few options with us and gave a couple ?tips and tricks? that we should consider. The contract came in at a competitive price so we decided to go with them. They got us on the schedule quickly and did the work per the contract. There was very little mess (beyond the finished product there was hardly any evidence they were there) and the job was completed on time and beautifully done. Overall it was a great experience and we would utilize Clink Construction again.

From start to finish, Clink Builders were top notch, first class. Mr Clink and all of his employees were delightful to work with. One employee in particular was unbelievable. Scott, who did the majority of the work was AMAZING! So meticulous in everything that he did. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted them three times - received one reply - and then nothing in over a week. I'm finding this to be the case of most contractors on Angie's List. You can call - but MOST contractors DO NOT call back. Angie's List is proving to be a useless tool at this point and I would not recommend this company or Angie's List to friends/family.
