Excellently. They were on top of things and worked long hours for us. We needed it done in a short period of time and they accommodated us. Dottie was great and responded to any questions asked by email in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any residential needs. Bill kept his word and followed through on everything he said he would do. Very friendly workers that my husband enjoyed getting to know. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

It was determined than one truss beam needed to be replaced and that ductwork would also need a complete replacement. The work described was in line with what I expected. The carpentry crew showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in 21/2 weeks. They also discovered some broken and drain lines and fixed them at minimal cost. The HVAC Contractor, Vent Heating and Cooling, LLC, followed and did a great job clearing out old duct work and some debris that had been left behind from work done long ago. They installed all new fully insulated sheet metal duct work, correcting the poor configuration from work done by previous owner. The difference in air flow and climate in the house was immediately noticeable. The work was well done, clean up complete and job completed in a timely manner. I would hire them again and in fact plan to when it is time to hook to sanitary sewers later this year.

Bill Clink came over and explained completely what we needed to have done. He knew how important it was to my dad to be able to get outside easily and independently. The project was started very quickly. Kevin ( the person who built the deck and steps) was prompt, courteous, efficient, and didn't mind explaining things as he went along. He even spent time talking with my dad which made my dad feel good. The deck, railings, and steps are very well made and I feel very confident that my dad is safe now going out of his house. Everything was cleaned up after completion. I have even had people come over and comment on how well made the deck is.

Received excellent service. Work was done quickly and professionally. Bill Clink and his workers were always polite and respectful. Ben about a month since work was completed and no water coming in basement. Job took two days for 30 feet which included digging, filling wall cracks, a sealing coating, plastic wall covering and pipe replacements. Dropped off equipment day before job started and was completed two day after starting. Bill secured the city permit and arranged for city inspection. All went well. Noise was less than excepted. Heard no loud music or foul language as we did with other jobs we have done past. My wife was especially impressed by Bill's crew of two young men who were always very pleasant and gentleman like. They answered any question we had without hesitation nor talk down to us. Once finished they cleaned up the ground well. Looked in detail and at many Companies through Angie's List before choosing Clink. Thus far we are very pleased with work done and plan to use Bill Clink for future driveway paving work I am planning.

Clink builders were wonderful. We had problems with water coming in after the heavy rains we had. I went on Angie's list and found them. Called and spoke to the nicest lady Dottie. She sent her husband out gave us a estimate and we hired them to do the job. There crew is amazing and very thoughtful about your property. They had to dig all along the foundation. They laid planks down not to destroy our yard. Put in new pipes for the drainage. when finished they cleaned up all there stuff. put our yard back together and powered washed the drive so there was no dirt. The most amazing thing is we don't have a drop of water any more and it is coming out the end of the drain pipe. Would I recommend without a doubt. Great family company and hard workers.

Had a cracked foundation wall in basement repaired and waterproofed in 2015. As my previous review stated, the work was outstanding. I recently needed a copy of the paperwork for an inspection for potential buyers. In less than an hour, I had what I needed from the Clinks. Their customer service is as fabulous as their work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any home repair or remodel needs.

Owner came to house on time, listened to the problem, evaluated the area, and gave a very reasonable written estimate e-mailed on that day by his wife (wonderful and very helpful). His crew showed up few days later, and finished the job leaving the house very clean. I highly recommend this company, They were the most pleasant people I have ever worked with, and anyone with basement issues should definitely call them. Thank you Bill and Dottie!

Called and had a conversation with a delightful woman who answers phones, and is married to the owner. She assured me that he would call to schedule a sight visit in the coming week. I never heard back. This behavior of no follow up is consistent with several other reviews.

They had excellent communication and good service. My interactions with them were really good. The work turned out really good. They are very good to work with. They are competent in their assessment of what was wrong.

Bill and his wife, Dottie, are very professional and kind. I rely on Bill for all of my home issues because I know I can trust him. That is so important.

He and his crew were outstanding. They were very courteous.

Clink made sure that the garage staid clean while his people demolished and removed about a 5 by 4 foot, 5 foot deep section of concrete and dirt, replaced the broken clay sewer section, and poured and finished new concrete. Clink also maintained a clean work on the driveway. The issue I had is the response time to answer my calls and texts. Even so, I would recommend hiring Clink for solving problems and performing professionally.

They were excellent. They were good. They were very attentive on questions. The worst part was the finish on the concrete. That was a very small part of the job. Their price was right on.

I am awaiting a quote from clink and will have him do the work based on YOUR recommendations. More to follow in a month or so.

Originally we approached Clink Builders to water proof our basement. They advised us to first contact the city and make sure the storm drains were not blocked or broken. They stressed they did not want us to put thousands of dollars into water proofing our basement if it would not fix the underlying issue. The issue was indeed the storm drain. It was crushed. They accurately diagnosed the issue. More of the pipe was crushed than expected and the work took four hours longer then planned. They kept us informed of their findings. They were direct that the problem was indeed more significant than originally estimated. Clink Builders graciously completed the work the same day (also removing a tree stump above the drain) and charged us reasonably for the additional work. We hope to work with Clink Builders in the future! We highly recommend them!

Bill Clink and his crew performed the work in efficiently and professionally. They worked with the City of Westlake to complete the drawings required to obtain the building permit. They made sure that the dug out foundation was well-covered when rain was called for (and it did rain very hard) and that the gutters were hooked up and able to drain well away from the house. All shrubs that were able to be salvaged were replanted as well as grass. In addition, because our air conditioner had to be disconnected to do the work, they provided us with a loaner room air conditioner.

Bill and Dottie are a delight to work with. Bill doesn't only do the repair but works very hard to identify and fix the basic cause of the problem like where the water leakage was coming from along a section of our foundation wall and why the driveway concrete slab collapsed. Since they are so good, their schedules are full so if the work isn't urgent there could likely be a delay in start date. They very professionally got the permits and bonds that the city required without me having to ask/remind them. Bill initiated some additional concrete replacement because it would "look better" which I appreciated. There was some minor damage during construction that they promptly fixed at their expense. The finish work on the concrete could have been a little better-finer broom finish.

Their estimator came out within 2 days and gave what we considered a very reasonable price.

Bill met me at a home that I was in the process of buying to advise on some structural and waterproofing issues. He provided a report and analysis of my contracting needs. Although I did not pursue this job, I will use Clink for future work with out a doubt. Bill was prompt and professional, Dottie in the office was quick to communicate.

contacted a few providers, bill clink was the most professional; he reviewed the basement area and outside foundation and suggested video'ing the drain pipes to determine if water was backing up into the basement due to a blockage (no other provider suggested that; they wanted to start digging). while it turned out not to be a blockage, it is good to know that all the drain pipes are clear. it was difficult getting the foundation work scheduled due to weather and frankly this was a small job and our home is quite a distance from their location. once scheduled, bill clink spent a couple hours prepping the site and the next day completed the work, replanted landscaping and left the area in as good a condition as they found it. we have had several heavy rain days and there is no water in the basement. although it was frustrating getting the work scheduled (several months) and there were long gaps in communication, clink builders responded when i contacted them and were candid in their challenges getting us on the schedule. fortunately the leakage was minor and we could wait to have it repaired. outside of this, clink's work was top notch, their workers were professional and courteous and their price more than reasonable; approximately 30% less than the other quotes. i would not hesitate to contract with them again and would consider them for other types of services.

Fantastic. Would absolutely call again and would recommend to neighbors. Should the efflorescence come up again in a future inspection, I know exactly who to call.

Clink builders provided an estimate quickly and worked with my schedule to complete the work, coming in on weekends if necessary.

The contractor provided an estimate the day after a negative review on Angie's List posted. The estimate of $525 was to remove and recaulk a small area by my entry door. The work that needed to be done was to include the repair of a water leak and the repair of rotten floor boards. There was an obvious misunderstanding or miscommunication with the contractor. The contractor left a message on my voice mail stating he was not interested in performing the work.

It all went very well! From the response time to the quality of service. Overall satisfied with his excellent honesty and professionalism.

Our home (17 years old) is a 3200 sq. ft. home in an admired development. We discovered that the west wall of our basement was leaning in about 4?. We had experienced wet basement block on three of the walls (never any water) along with vertical cracks and horizontal cracks. I called out a home inspector who identified and noted the problems. We went to Angies?s list to find a creditable and trustworthy contractor to address the problem we also had highly advertised competitors estimate the job but found that they were salesmen and not the actual contactor that would be on site. Bill Clink (Owner) came out and immediately I was impressed with his knowledge, credentials, and straight forward approach. We signed a contact and within the agreed time frame they were on site doing the job. His crew was excellent, respectful of the property, worked exceptionally hard, and continually kept me informed of the progress. They brought in the heavy equipment to dig the trench and worked themselves completely around three sides of our home? Removing the clay and replacing it with proper stone, putting in a new drain tile. They hauled away all of the old clay. It was a very large operation taking two weeks. They straightened the West wall that was leaning in and reinforced it with rebar and cement fill down the internal opening of the block. They regraded the plantings and put a toping of topsoil that we then could replant our landscaping. I was impressed that every night they cleaned (power washed) the driveway and cleaned the site. It is an emotional event to have your home disrupted like this. Bill Clink was on site 80% of the time and his son was on site 100% of the time. It was an asset to have a family run business. I have recommended Bill Clink Builders to others and would recommend Bill Clink Builders to anyone in need of a basement contractor.
