Description of Work: Called 4 times seeking an estimate and never heard from them. Glad they are busy but I'll never use or call again.

Description of Work: Had small amount of water coming into basement through joint crack in poured concrete foundation. Provider patched two cracks on interior eliminating any seepage into the basement. Outside--replaced foundation drain pipe that had pulled apart due to settling allowing water from downspouts to flow into ground and through crack in foundation wall. Replacement of pipe eliminated this source of ground water. All water now safely flowing into storm sewer system.

Description of Work: He has yet to do anything because of the groundswell of the need for his services; also, there has been a lot of rain stopping repairs. We decided to wait for him because we have heard positive things from customers, real estate agents, etc. I want to be able to document that my repairs were done right and my house is better than when it was built. If you can wait for him be patient and wait. After what I have seen there was only one other that was good in my book that gave me an estimate (higher), and he was on Angie's list too. I have heard many stories of people having to do the job twice and that is why I am waiting even though my house is upside down regarding my unfinished basement. Good luck!

Description of Work: I never received a call from Clink Builders after a quick email response confirming they received my initial inquiry and stating they would be in touch with me soon. I also did not receive any type of response to my second contact I made with them.

Description of Work: I used Clink for concrete flatwork. It was a pour.

Description of Work: Called provider. Person who answered was very friendly and outgoing. Said they were a little behind but someone would call me in a week to 10 days. It has been over two weeks and no one has called. Very disappointed that no one returned my call. I am still very interested in having someone call for an estimate on some work to be performed.

Description of Work: Mr. Bill Clink came to our home to provide an estimate on repairing a bowing wall in our basement. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable and on time. He presented different options and priced the jobs for completion in two different ways. The proposal that he mailed to us was complete and straight-forward. He estimated fixing the bowed wall and keeping the existing exit through the Bilco doors out of the basement. Another estimate for using concrete blocks and closing the wall up--and repairing the bowed wall, also. He told us he'd provide pricing for doing the job either way, it was up to us. He did what he said he would do and priced the job both ways for us. Had we been able to complete this job now--and when we can--we'll call Mr. Clink and his company to do the work. The man is a throw-back contractor! No sales gimmick, no B.S. just the facts. Mr. Clink is a breath of fresh air and very knowledgeable in his field.

Description of Work: They provided estimates for filling in a pool and excavating. They are very nice and seem to be very knowledgeable and straightforward, however, they’re not very good with following up. I’ve had to call theme very day to get anywhere; they may be very good at what they do, but they are not very good with their response time. It would also be nice to have them let me know that they receive my messages. Hopefully, they’ll be able to do a good job, but I have a problem with their slow response.

Description of Work: After five phone calls, none returned after a missed appointment it is evident that no professionalism was maintained on the business end. Can't say it says much for the actual service, if it actually follows up and performs them

Description of Work: Remove damaged portion of driveway and sidewalk and pour new.
