+ -1 moreI like their professionalism, response time to my call and the price. They came half an hour from the time that I called to the time they arrive at home. I would use them in the future and actually, I am going to use them.

+ 0 moreWe found Wayne thru our the roofing contractor and really lucked out. We received other estimates and all were about the same as Wayne but he took the time to let us ask lots of questions without getting annoyed. He is somewhat old school, no fancy website, brochures etc. he works based off referrals and that went a long way for us. He was prompt and did a good job of cleaning up after his work. The only thing that I was upset with was a prized bush of mine was crushed but I can't really blame him, the spot he was working was a tight fit and he did the best he could not to damage it.
Description of Work: Replace cement wash on 2 chimneys new concrete wash with new chimney caps. Core drill foundation in 9 places front and back walls. Fill with grout and no4 rebar. Tuck point cracked grout.

+ 1 moreThe windows were installed in less than a day. The stoop work was completed over 2 half days to accomondate a city permit inspection.
Description of Work: Andre Construction assisted in the rehab of two foreclosed properties we purchased. The removed all basement windows and installed glass block at two properties. The repaired wall cracks and waterproofed the basement. The rebuilt the front porch stoop.
