When we called him he went above and beyond and actually told us what to do over the phone to fix the problem ourselves.
Description of Work: We had some minor electrical problems. A breaker had flipped because it was overloaded.

Description of Work: Joe installed a light (that I provided) in the side wall of a bedroom closet. There was an existing fixture so the wires were already there. He charged me two service calls because he had to come back a second time, I don't think he should have charged me two FULL service calls because he could not figure out how to install the fixture I bought for the first visit so he had me go buy a easier fixture to put up for the second trip.

Thanks for writing us a nice review about our installation. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional quality service to each and every customer everyday. We did NOT charge you $ 475.00 to install a light fixture in your master bedroom closet as you stated on Angies List. We did charge you $ 200.00 which included a $ 50.00 courtesy discount since you were a new customer who purchased a Halogen Track Light which was NOT the correct fixture to use in a Closet since the bulbs get really hot and can be a fire hazzard in a small area. I advised you to exchange the fixture after we attempted to install it and you agreed because it simply didn't fit into the small area and you did provide the correct fixture and it was properly installed on our second trip. I advise you to be honest with your complaint's in the future and also PLEASE find another Electrical Contractor since you are NOT our customer anymore. Thank-You for your Kindness! God Bless You !

The job went great. He made some free additional repairs that I did not request which was great. I am very happy with everything they have done for us and would use they again for sure in the future. He is a good guy, and the price was also good.
