+ 0 moreI was very satisfied with Lowe’s. Everything was fine. The price was reasonable. The people were very nice to work with and the owner was especially nice and very honest. I knew someone who had something done their roof so I decided to use them too.
Description of Work: I used Lowe’s. They had the roofing done about six years ago. The windows and the home improvement were done about four years ago.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreThe windows didn?t keep out the rain and instead held the water between the panes. The installation job was absolutely horrible. This caused mold in the drywall and flooring wherever I had one of these windows. I had to replace all of my drywall and much of my flooring. Lowe's did try to come out and fix the problem several times before I got tired of putting up with their attempts and called the corporate office. They didn't know about the problem with these windows even though it was a problem which effected many people. They ended up paying me back everything I spent for the windows and an additional $500 for repairs, but the repairs were much more expensive than that.
Description of Work: I had atrium windows installed in my entire house; these types of windows were manufactured and sold by Lowes.
