So grateful for an amazing job of removing a 12-15 foot limb from a difficult, steep, no access backyard. Larry's crew worked efficiently and effectively on a difficult job for a competitive and fair price. Integrity defines this business. Highly recommend.

This is a followup to Larry's response from my 5/19/17 review. The company's address was not mentioned in the review; only the area of the service address. First call (request for service) was made on Tuesday, 5/16 with an appointment scheduled for Thursday 5/18- before noon. The second appointment, i.e., the "reschedule", was set for Friday @ 10:00 am- NOT "Monday" (at 10:00am when I would have been at work). It appears that you saw my (initial) review on Sunday, 5/20 (because you indicated "We even had you first on our schedule so we can get done before you have to leave for work."). A simple phone call to clear up any misunderstanding regarding the second appointment (and the review) would have been professional. I understand that this is a busy season for you (and other's in this business). My chief complaint was not about your "Pricing" it was about your 2 no shows (and 3 if we count Monday). I chose your company not because you advertise "CHEAP" prices, but rather the "A" reviews you received on Angie's List! Your assertion "We go the extra mile to make sure that all of our customers are extremely happy"... only applies to hired and not Potential customers.

Larry and his sun were very friendly and came out within 24 hours of calling them. The process was very easy and they were priced much less than the larger competition.

It went beautifully. Larry and his helper easily moved the old piano, and before I could get some sailfish gear from the basement, they had the trailer and boat loaded. Quick and easy!

Prompt, professional and courteous. Called Wednesday, picked up equipment on Thursday. Would highly recommend.

I spoke to Larry on Sunday. He came out on Tuesday to give me a bid. The job was done the next day. Larry and his son were prompt, VERY hard working, professional yet friendly and did an amazing job. Larry, and his son Morgan, did an excellent job. They were personable and professional. The job ended up taking more time than was originally planned, but they worked hard every day to make sure all of the junk was cleared out and the area cleaned up afterwards. They not only cleared the junk, but saved for me any valuables or important papers they found while going through the junk that I may have missed. I was very happy with the service. They arrived promptly and were very efficient in hauling out what I needed to be done. They were careful to avoid hitting walls as they had to come down some stairs. They even helped me carry up some things that were replacing what they were taking out. They didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated.

They were both very nice. Upon first call he was friendly and very up front with pricing. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule well and before starting he gave me a very up front and reasonable price. I would and plan on using their services again.
