+ 0 moreArrived on time. Thoroughly explained nature of inspection and reviewed any comments or conclusions. Answered my questions regarding drain under sink and cause of leak. Added that he could do follow up service but did not try and sell me on them. I would call Drain Openers again. I am currently obtaining quotes for having my drains snaked out to the street. I may ultimately engage Kevin once I hear back from 2 other Angie's list providers.
Description of Work: Engaged by my Home Warranty company. Conducted a preventive maintenance inspection. Advised on a leak I had in kitchen that was not covered by warranty (slow drain root cause). Lowered water heater temperature (said was set too high). Was very professional and gave me advise relative to whomever I decided to call to service drain. Provided helpful information, regardless if I was going to direct him the business. Was friendly, seemed sincere while being professional.

+ -1 moreDrain Openers was the company contracted under my home warranty. Owner Keith Vance came the same day I called and quickly assessed the issue with mys disposal and was able to replace it right away. As I only paid my co-pay under the warrant ii don't know if his total charges were reasonable but I was very happy withs his service and professionalism and will keep him on my list of preferred service providers!
