X-PERT HOME IMPROVEMENTS

The fence was not put in properly and was dangerously close to falling over, so I had to have it replaced. The closet took over twice as long as he said it would, and cost 3x what it was quoted. The shelves all fell down within a month. The other repairs all had to be redone as well. I could go in to more detail, but I'll just say that it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend his services. He came late, didn't show up when he said he would, asked for gas money to get to my home, etc. Not professional at all.

Put it this way, Fouts doesn't even know how to cut tile. After he was finished laying the floor tile he announced that he didn't know how to cut it, so he didn't finish the floor where it meets the walls. We ended up grouting it ourselves. Also, the tile he did lay was spaced unevenly. He didn't finish drywall above our window, he didn't finish the drywall in our kitchen, his caulking job was horrible and we had to rip it out and re-caulk it, we had to finish the grout and clean up the grout off the tile. The wall tile bows out in spots. Basically, never hire this guy or the plumber he used, they are both very bad and have no idea what they are doing. They also both lie constantly, they would say they will show up and never do. This idiot actually had his wife call once. Extremely unprofessional, poor quality. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. They also left the house a total wreck, plaster dust everywhere. We now need new carpet, to have our furniture cleaned and floors refinished
