WAUGH'S LANDSCAPING SERVICE

I have used Waugh's Landscape for other projects in the past, their work and overall approach to the project was exceptional. When an emergency landscape need came up, this company was willing to jump in and quickly and professionally perform the service. Love working with Dave Waugh and his employees! Would definately recommend them for all landscape needs!

The work was completed quickly and very effectively, with no inconvenience or complications. The quality of the job was excellent.

We are very happy with them. They trim very nicely. We have asked them to do extra projects for us, which they have done, and we have been happy with what they have done. They are very nice to work with and we are pleased with the quality of their work. The price is pretty reasonable but I really don't know other prices.

They are obviously really busy at this time of year. I am just waiting for them to give me a date to when they can come out and do the work. It's been a week or two since I called them. They told me at that time that they were really busy. I understand that, and this is not a high priority item for me right now, it's just a privet hedge. It's gotten to the point where I can't maintain it anymore, it's gotten too big, so they are going to come out. I've got over 100 feet of this hedge - they are going to take some heavy duty trimmers and trim it back for me and I can't wait to get it done. I have used them before, we had an oak tree that was over 25 years old that got a disease and it just broke our hearts. It was in our backyard, and they came and took that tree down, they removed all of it and the stump. They did a beautiful job. When they were out here before, about three years ago, they were right out here and they didn't mess around. They had a team - one guy was up in the tree cutting the limbs off, and they just worked very well together. They are very good, it's a family. They're very conscientious about doing good work. Very thorough, and pleasant people to work with. They came out just within the day or two to give me the estimate. They, I know the people. The son's name is Eric, his father owns the company. He is the one that generally comes out and says what needs to be done and gives the estimate. I've gotten other quotes from other companies and this was about half of what the other companies - I forget who they were - but I went down Angie's list and called a couple of companies, and I just went ahead and decided to call Waugh's too, to compare, and they were about half. It really surprised me.

I had a 75 ft ash tree in my backyard damaged by recent storms and also with the ash borer disease that needed to come down. My neighbor highly recommended this company so I decided to use them. They gave me the best quote for the job vs. 3 other estimates (beat the highest estimate by over $600!). They were able to do the work withing a few days and neatly stacked all the wood for me ready to split (cut to 18 inches). I have them coming back out this week to remove the stump and one other stump in my front yard $75 for both.

They are very reliable. They are responsive; if we have any extra work to be done they have no trouble getting out and doing it right away. Their price is reasonable. I am happy with their work.

HAVE USED FOR 8 OR 9 YEARS. HE'S PROMPT, DEPENDABLE AND DOES A GOOD JOB. HAS ALSO DONE OTHER LANDSCAPING.
