Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Ecoplumbers arrived on time and gave me notification when they were 30 mins away. Fast and friendly service but a little pricey for the work done.

I used this plumbing company for some maintenance work on my toilets. While the technician didn't arrive during the scheduled 4-hour period, the company called with an update on the arrival time. The work was completed timely, and I now have no more toilet problems. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was impressed how quickly they identified the problem and then fixed it. Unfortunately cost was quite pricely

They arrived early than expected, with notice. The work was completed quickly, but the plumber was not reassuring that the the work he did would correct the problem.

Alex H is a great plumber he was great and professionally on top of the job quick and clean . A small piece of advice :ask the company to send out a plumber for sewer issues . They tried first to help us on short notice, however the pro who came out first was a gas pro and we had to repeat the service call . Company was great about coming out the second time,no extra charge. Our impression is they are emphasizing great customer sevice satisfaction . Nice locally run business.

Very quick and efficient and very friendly

They came on time and examined our drain problem. They found some leaves in the screen and didn't charge us for the visit. Very nice representative.

Started off bad, first scheduled appointment 10 -2, tech showed at 4:40, and then said tech who quoted project, quoted it wrong, had to schedule new appointment, lost day of work, new quote price higher for unit to meet city code for using with blower box for heating house in cold weather period.......however the tech was great, quick accurate, and understanding.

I chose 3 companies from the home advisor and Eco plumbers were the only company that responded. When we met josh both my husband and I felt very comfortable with him and the patient way he explained every option .we actually were able to make the decision without having to look for other plumbing companies .

I was so happy, I would use them again. They were on time and did a fabulous job!

The plumber was kind, polite, and helpful. He asked about what had been happening and to take a look at the pertinent areas. Offered me candid impressions of what he really thought he would find and predictions of how it might need to be addressed. He treated me as though I were a customer—not prey. “I want to be your plumber.” He offered helpful possible solutions at all levels and honored all estimates he gave—even though his work far exceeded those costs. After further investigation—He was spot on!—he diligently worked to resolve the urgent situation, so my family didn’t have to go to a hotel and incur additional costs! Travis’ work skyrocketed the expectations for value and he treated me like a person. He wasn’t scaring me into thousands of dollars needed for work, he addressed the emergency situation –reasonably priced) and helped me to make a moderate plan for the bigger issue –for which he also didn’t find scary numbers or words. Ammar was just great! He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He worked efficiently and smartly, getting the work done in a jiffy! When I need EcoPlumbers again, I'm asking specifically for Ammar!

This is the second job for us by Ecoplumbers. They had someone available first thing this morning (not an emergency). Shawn was very personable and professional. He replaced a broken toilet flange and small section of drain line, connection to vent and connection to vanity drain. Ecoplumbers delivered a part promptly that Shawn did not have on his truck. Shawn left the area in clean shape and did not glue the flange in place so that I could adjust and glue it when we finish our bathroom remodel which includes installing a new subfloor, hardiboard and ceramic tile.our floor tile

When I posted problem I needed fixed, their customer service called within 2hrs. The technician Travis was very friendly, took time to explain what was happening and how he would try to fix it as well as the associated costs. The drain was cleared with no additional mess. A very good first impression of Ecoplumbers!

Wasn't cheap but did a beautiful job, and was very excellent and thorough. Knowledgeable and talented.
