Called to get a quote, got someone scheduled. Everyone was nice and responsive. I was told I would get a quote on specific day and it never came. I called again was told it was taking a little time and would take a few more day, I said fine. this has been going on for 3 weeks, they promsie a response then nothing and now they have just ghosted me. I was never impatient with them or cross. Now there are no text responses or return phone calls. I don't mind If they don't want the job, that is understandable in some instances. I don't appreciate being promised something then dropped completely.

This company is the best company I have ever worked with. Eddie Wolfe keep me informed, and up to date on everything. I did not have to do anything. He kept in touch with me and the insurance company. Also comes to the house when the inspector do. The quality of work was excellent and used upgraded material that last. I would absolutely use Snyder unlimited again.

I originally contacted Mark and Sean. They came out to give me an estimate and do an inspection. They were very prompt and on time. Professionalism was top-notch! I actually did not even attempt to find another roofer. I went with the first option because of them! They sold the roof without any necessity of a second opinion. I had one issue with my insurance company and they worked with them directly on my behalf. Everything came out perfect! I would highly recommend Sean and Mark again!

They completed the work in one day and did an excellent job. Shawn Knight was the project manager and stayed in contact with me from the initial inspection through completion of the job. Our roof looks great!

Patrick and his team at Snyder’s unlimited are great at what they do! From the initial contact they showed me exactly how much damage was done and walked me completely through the entire process. I was updated almost daily on what was happening. The crew worked hard and the cleanup afterwards was really good. My new roof looks great and I would definitely have Snyder’s Unlimited do work for me in the future!

We contacted Snyder's Unlimited to replace our roof after seeing their signs and quality work in our neighborhood. We heard back from them within several hours of the initial call to schedule an in-home consultation. JJ was our project manager and he was knowledgeable, honest, and genuine and helped us through the process every step of the way with a no BS approach. He went above and beyond to help us file a claim with our insurance (something I was initially very skeptical of, but JJ helped us understand the process and feel comfortable filing a claim), and ended up saving us thousands of dollars. On the day of our job, the crew arrived on time, finished our entire roof that day, and took care to clean up any debris. I would definitely recommend Snyder's to anyone needing roof work done, and I will be sure to contact them in the future for any of our contracting needs.

Brooklyn Collins was the project manager, she was there every step of the way. We wanted a green roof, and didn’t like any of the samples. Brooklyn went and found us another company that had the color green we wanted. Everyone was professional, the crew was great. They cleaned up everything and finished in one day! I recommend them highly.

Working with Dustin through the process from roofing inspection to getting a new roof was painless. Dustin was very thorough upfront and always friendly and courteous. Was also very prompt in returning phone calls or text messages. I have made multiple referrals for Snyder's Unlimited. The customer service has been top notch.

Great! vendor responded promptly, estimater evaluated roof and sent estimate. Work was completed as promised on June 25th. Excellent clean up!

The work was done in three parts by three separate crews. First the shingles and the decking were replaced. The roofing crew was wonderful. They were very respectful of me and my family and worked very hard to get the roof done in one day. The quality was excellent. I was especially pleased with the flashing around the chimney. It looks so much better than before. One roofer even jumped off the roof to chase our dog and bring him back when he escaped! The second part was the gutters, which once started were completed in a few hours. The third part was the gutter guards and additional soffit vents added. This was also done in a few hours. From start to finish the process went well and the company contact I worked with was very responsive every time I reached out with a question. The one disappointment I had was that the three crews could not work on consecutive days so I had to wait a 1-2 weeks for each next step.
