Description of Work: They did nothing. I waited for over a month and they still hadn't even been out to draw up a plan, although they had pocketed $250 for the plan. Finally, after hearing nothing from them, I called back to ask what was going on. That is when I found out that nothing had been done so I decided to cancel and ask for my money back. I was assured that they would "cut a check " right away. I am still waiting.

Description of Work: Our work was to remove an existing gravel walkway leading to our front porch and replace it with a designed solution, remove an existing rock retaining wall bordering our front garden bed and replace it with a designed solution, and remove the existing plants in the bed and replace them wtih designed choices. The company was extremely professional and provided a fantastic design for every element of our project, and even for projects we ultimately did not choose. They were onsite to begin work within a handful of days after I sent in the signed contract and finished their work very punctually, but with attention to every detail. The workers were very polite and courteous. When I raised some concern about two of the plants that were planted, the company replaced the plants within a handful of days. The price was fairly high, but if you believe in paying for a job well done in the first place to avoid future problems, then you should use this company as well. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreWHEN I CALLED RIEPENHOFF MY PHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED BY AN INDIVIDUAL, AND SHE EXPLAINED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR SOMEONE TO RETURN MY CALL. I RECEIVED A RETURN CALL 3 DAYS LATER. I EXPLAINED THE WORK I WAS NEEDING DONE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED THAT SHE COULD SEND SOMEONE OVER TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE WITHIN THE WEEK, BUT THEIR SCHEDULE WAS BOOKED AND WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK TO BE DONE FOR AT LEAST A MONTH. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACTUALLY RECOMMENDED ANOTHER COMPANY.
Description of Work: I NEEDED AN ESTIMATE TO HAVE A LAWN REPAIRED AND LANDSCAPE BEDS WEEDED, EDGED, AND MULCHED.

I HAD TO CALL AFTER 3 WEEKS TO SEE IF HE WAS PLANNING TO SEND IT. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND FAXED IT TO ME IMMEDIATELY. IT WAS THEIR BUSY SEASON, SO I''LL GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP AND PERFORATED TILE PIPE THROUGHOUT OUR BACK YARD, WHICH SEVERELY FLOODS WITH ANY HEAVY RAIN. THE PIPE WAS COVERED WITH GRAVEL AND TOPPED WITH DIRT AND THE ENTIRE AREA SEEDED WITH GRASS.
