REGENT HOMES

We sold our house in 7 days and didn't have a new home to move to. During the process of searching, we walked through a Regent model home. We instantly fell in love with the finishes and style of homes Regent builds. We started working with Dave on available lots and pricing of our home. Dave got us into the house we wanted on the lot we wanted and at within our budget. The entire staff is professional and friendly. They made the process stress free and easy. We still love the house and get compliments from friends, family and neighbors on the quality of work and finishes that Regent puts into their homes. When issues did arise, Dave and Jim were quick to respond and get the problems fixed.

My husband and I did our research before choosing a builder. We had heard about Regent's great reputation, but were even more impressed when we had a chance to meet Dave in-person. Regent is all about providing quality and value by doing things the right way, the first time. . We had a chance to meet other Regent homeowners before beginning the building process. Everyone we spoke to confirmed what we suspected: Dave has very high standards when it comes to his work, and those are reflected in every detail of a Regent Home. Dave's pricing of the homes was spot-on. He provided us with his cell phone number in the beginning and were assured that he'd be available if ever we needed him. We didn't, thanks to his remarkable staff. . Sarah, who works in the office, responded to my e-mails so quickly that I had to ask her to stop responding on weekends because I wanted her to enjoy her time with her family. She kept us updated as we made changes to plans and was infinitely helpful in helping us keep track of how much everything was going to cost (and the estimates were always right on the money). Jim, who is the general superintendent, is truly a Jack-of-all-Trades, and has helped us even after we have closed on the house to make sure that everything is just right. In Jim's absence, Ryan, the project manager, responded to my e-mail within 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon to let me know that he would address a concern I had 1st thing on Monday morning. Everything was resolved by 9am. Stephanie helped us choose the fittings and colors for our home. When we weren't sure what we wanted, she helped us make selections that were beautiful and true to our style. We really feel like our house reflects on who we are. . The exacting quality Regent Homes represents is so evident that we are continually complimented about the beauty of our home. Even as little things have come up (as they always do with new builds), Regent is right there to make things right, right away. When they cannot solve a problem directly, they help us follow-up with the appropriate people to make sure that the job gets finished right away. Quality is never compromised to save a few dollars in building costs, and it shows. . Although I do not think we'll be moving for a very, very long time, I would build another house with Regent in a heartbeat. I could not be happier with my new home.
