$1,000 less than competitor's bid. Encountered plumbing problem while doing the job and fixed for me without charge. Came on time. Left job site immaculate. Scheduled 2 follow-up visits to make sure sprinklers working properly. And the foreman would not accept a healthy tip. You can not do better--they are the very BEST! Everything was EXACTLY as promised!

The technician informed me of the work needed to be done and also looked at work recommended by another contractor that was not necessary. He completed the work quickly and the system is working well.

Came a day earlier and asked to see what had to be done and did the service the same day.

It's a good system, once it's installed, but more wear & tear than expected. I'd suggest getting the plan from the salesman before installation, anticipate plants that need to be moved and do it yourself ahead of time. The workers tried but with a fully planted yard and a hot day, there was significant plant loss (I counted 39). Customer service helped (not particularly graciously) but did not make me whole. Plan ahead, protect yourself and take the long view. Recommended with these limitations. Should also note that they were responsive afterwards in dealing with the problems.

Based on my experience with Pacific Lawn Sprinklers, I definitely will recommend to any one I know in case needed. They called me before the appointment and came on time. The most important, the service is good in quality and value. Good job!
