I'm waiting for a follow up repair appointment the servicemen said would be schedule. I still have not here from them.

The service guy was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Work was done fast and professionally

Arrived promptly as scheduled. It was raining. Work order says Check the main for leaks and/or damage" - Not done as not possible due to the rain. Work order says " Adjust automatic rain sensor for proper operation" - Not done - Did not even ask where it is. Frankly speaking, I could have turned on the water valves myself. I just expected more from a company I was thinking of switching to.

I was impressed with their customer service - communications are excellent, very speedy response by phone and e-mail. My only concern is that the whole winterization of my sprinkler system took no more than fifteen minutes. Hopefully they've done it right. I do remember though that the group I hired in the prior years (retired now) were a lot more thorough - same technology but took about 15 min for each of three zones.
