+ -1 morePROBLEMS HAVE DEVELOPED WITH THE ROOF JOB. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT BECAUSE THEY ONLY TORE OFF THE TOP LAYER, I WOULDN'T GET NEW FLASHING, AND THE CHIMNEY LEAK (WHICH IS WHY I HAD THE WORK DONE) HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. I GOT A SECOND OPINION, AND FOUND THAT MY GUTTERS HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH SHINGLE MATERIALS SINCE NOVEMBER.
Description of Work: REPLACED MY ROOF. THEY TOOK OFF THE TOP LAYER AND PUT A NEW ROOF ON THE FIRST LAYER.

+ -1 moreIT WAS ABOUT $1000 FOR THE TUB SURROUND AND SOME OTHER WORK. OVER THE LAST 2-3 YEARS, THEY'VE DONE QUITE A BIT OF WORK FOR ME. THEY INSTALLED FURNACES FOR LESS THAN $5000 (WHEN ANOTHER COMPANY QUOTED ME AROUND $23000)! THEY KEEP THEIR PRICES LOW SO THEY STAY BUSY!
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW TILE SURROUND IN MY BATHROOM. THEY HAVE ALSO PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED 2 FURNACES AND CAME TO MY RESCUE IN ONE OF THE INSTANCES(I OWN A DUPLEX).
