OLD HILLIARD PLUMBING

I had two separate service calls for my sump pump and kitchen sink / faucet installs. Both service calls I found the plumbers to be polite and punctual. Their service was quick and professional and they even cleaned up after themselves on both service calls. Would definitely hire again.

Cut out old sink (preformed as part of counter; installed new sink. Removed and installed old toilet. The toilet leaked as seal was not tight. They returned when called and reinstalled it with no charge. It works fine now.

I like that they are a local company, and I like that they are very prompt in responding. They have always been available within a day or two for any problem that we have, whether it is a leak or installing something. Some of the bigger companies can take days before they come out. Old Hilliard have always come out within the next day or within 2 days maximum. They have always been very professional, and they have always gotten the job done, and I have never had to call them back to fix anything that they have fixed. They are very pleasant to deal with. I have dealt with the owner on the phone, they have been very helpful, and everyone in the company from the reception, the owner and to the plumbers who have come out have been very professional, very helpful, and have done a good job. Their cost is very fair, I have had other plumbers who have come out and overcharged, and I have never felt that they have overcharged us for any of the services that they have supplied. I consider them our plumbers, I have never had any problems with them, and I am sure we will need plumbers.

Old Hilliard has done good work and all their plumbers are focused and serious (four people have come to the house at various times during this prolonged home renovation. They have a good reputation with the Columbus city authorities and have worked flexibly with me during this time.

It was great. They were quick when no one else could be as quick as they could come. They cleaned up their mess. We called around and they were at the same price as everybody else. They're a local company too.

we called several companies during extreme cold old hilliard was able to come out within a couple hours and fix exposed water pipe including adding a shut off valve. This went smooth.

We encountered a few issues with their lack of appropriate equipment and having to schedule three different dates to get our project completed. I also felt as though their price was a little high considering the issues we had to deal with. However, the main guy who did the work was easy to deal with and appeared to know what he was doing. I would use them again.

Job went very smoothly, and the system has been working very well for the two years since it was completed. OHP phoned ahead to indicate when they would arrive. They arrived, performed services, and left invoice. OHP takes care of filing the paperwork with the city. Punctual, and comprehensive service.

Adam was very nice. Showed up on time and worked quickly. Disposed of the old pump. Price was good, better than an estimate I received from a big company.

They did a pretty good job. They're prompt and the price is reasonable. I'm pretty sure I used them twice.

We moved into a new house to find a few plumbing surprises waiting for us. As usual the guys at Old Hilliard Plumbing did a great job. They got me scheduled right away, showed up on time and did a professional job for a reasonable price. I always call them when I need plumbing services.

They came out same day and replace the broken fixture and stopped the leak. The technician said their company did not winterize the systems, but took the time to explain to me what needed to be done even though their company does not do that work.

It was a very good experience. I wasn't actually in town when they came my wife was, but she was very pleased. They are prompt and I think they are without any real issue and then the cost was very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Plumber arrived as promised and fixed pipe with no issues - was up front and honest about the work that needed to be completed. I asked several questions about plumbing in general and seemed to answer honestly and without motive. Looked at outside spicket and attempted to repair - because he couldn't repair with this service call there was no charge and I at least understood what needs to be done to correct the issue. Chose this business because they're local, but would recommend to anyone in Central Ohio.

Everything went great! Was very impressed by both the person who scheduled my service to the gentleman that came to my home to do the work.

I am very pleased with the results. While Adam was here I asked him to check the sump pump, replace a shower head and check for shower leaks in the adjoining restrooms. He was friendly and solved all the listed problems. I would recommend the company because of the honesty and competence in resolving all types of plumbing problems.

They came out right away. They actually couldn’t do the repair but they helped us find somebody who could. It had to do with going up on the roof and they didn’t have insurance or something. They told us what was wrong, they just could not do it.

The serviceman was professional and friendly. He replaced the disposal and we then discovered that the problem was my electrical switch. The switch had gone bad. The serviceman offered to put the original disposal back in but I chose to keep the new one. He cleaned up and did a great job. His offering to put the original disposal back in at no cost went way above and beyond thoughtful service. I would recommend this company to everyone.

He was good. He did exactly what he said he would do. He was fine. The cost was exactly what he discussed on the phone. He was professional. He explained things and took the time to talk to me. I was very impressed.

I first called the office and left a message. They very promptly called me back and fit me into the schedule only two days later (I let them know that this was not an emergency but they still got me scheduled very quickly). The plumber was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had purchased the faucets and disposal ahead of time and he first came to check the parts, needed to go back and get some additional lines, but returned very quickly and got to work. The first disposal seemed noisy so I purchased another and he replaced it without hesitation. It took the estimated amount of time and I paid what was originally quoted. I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing multiple times over the 12 yr. that I have lived in my house and the service has always been top notch and cost of labor always comparable to other companies.

Adam arrived well before scheduled time! He listened to our needs, offered his opinion and worked efficiently. Very clean work, and checked well for any leaks. I would not hesitate to ask for Adam in the future. He is a patient calm man, with great knowledge.
