+ -1 moreI highly recommend this company. Abel was my plumber. He was here ahead of time, made the repairs, and left everything spotless. In addition he went beyond what I would have expected. After I paid my bill I inquired about a cost of a future repair. One faucet in my bathroom worked opposite in that cold water came out when the knob was turned to the hot side and hot came out when the knob was turned to the cold side. Abel said "I'll show you how to fix that". He showed me the problem, fixed it, and now I know what to do if I have a similar problem with a Moen faucet in the future. And he did it for FREE. He could easily have charged me for another service call. I am very pleased.
Description of Work: I had a dripping outside faucet that needed repaired as well as a bathtub spout to be replaced if time permitted. Both repairs were done very quickly and I am very happy with the results. Also, he corrected a problem with my bathroom faucet for free. Please read my comments.

+ -1 moreOver priced for the service I received. Quoted $700 for replacement of hot water tank, and everything associated with it plus 10% discount for Angie's list. When invoice was presented after the job, the installer told me the total would be $750. The invoice was not broken down by hours or parts, just $750. When I asked about the discount, he said they could give me 1% ($7.50) off. I called the company, and they said they only give discount on hourly rate, which would be $27.00 off. They were on time both times the came to the house.
Description of Work: Hot water coming out of my kitchen faucet and washing machine very slow, and very little hot water coming out of shower. Company told me they could come and give me a free estimate, however, they called about 10 minutes later and said the plumber knew what the problem was, and I would have to pay an hourly rate (however if I needed a new water tank the time would be applied to cost of tank). The plumber (Able) told me that the problem was the water heater and sediment had built up in the tank and clogged the faucets. He drained the water tank and got the kitchen faucet working better. He said that when they install the water tank they would check all the faucets for correct pressure. Two installers came about a week later to install the tank, but said they do not do anything other than install the tank, and I would have to pay an hourly rate for them to look at my faucets for correct pressure. Later that night the water line to the ice maker broke and water went everywhere.

A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THE 2ND BROKEN APPOINTMENT & WASTED 1/2 DAY OF VACATION, WE HAD A MESSAGE ON OUR ANSWERING MACHINE ASKING US TO CALL THEM SO THEY COULD GET SOMEONE OUT THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. WE DID NOT CALL BACK. THEN THE MORNING AFTER THANKSGIVING, RAY SHOWED UP. I DIDN'T KNOW WHO HE WAS UNTIL HE TOLD ME HE WAS THE PLUMBER. I TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT GETTING THE METER. TOM SAYS HE DIDN'T KNOW WE WERE GOING TO FILL A POOL. I'M CERTAIN THAT I MENTIONED IT TO RAY, BECAUSE I REMEMBER HIM COMMENTING "THAT'S A LOT OF WATER NOT GOING INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM". I GUESS HE ONLY REMEMBERED TO TELL TOM THE COLOR OF MY CARPET. THE POOL WILL BE FILLED WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. EVEN IF THE WORK DOESN'T NEED TO BE DONE WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME, YOU JUST DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. IF YOU NORMALLY STAY AT HOME ALL DAY, NEVER HAVE ANY PLANS, AND DON'T CARE HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE TO GET A JOB DONE, THEN I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY.

WE RESCHEDULED FOR ANOTHER DAY IN THE MORNING. THIS TIME MY HUSBAND MOVED ALL HIS WORK APPOINTMENTS TO THE AFTERNOON & TOOK A HALF DAY VACATION. TOM CALLED AT 6:20 THE EVENING PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT & SAID THEY NEEDED TO FINISH A KITCHEN SO THEY WOULDN'T BE OUT.

HE HAD TO ENLARGE THE OPENING IN THE WALL IN ORDER TO GET TO THE CONTROLS, BUT HE WAS EXTREMELY NEAT AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE PUT IN NEW COPPER FITTINGS AND COPPER PIPE AND INSTALLED THE CONTROLS IN THE SHOWER. HE ALSO CHECKED THE DRAIN STOPPER ON MY BATHROOM SINK BECAUSE THE WATER WAS SLOW IN DRAINING, BUT CONCLUDED THAT THERE WAS NO WAY TO LIFT IT UP ANY FURTHER UNLESS WE JUST REPLACED THE WHOLE THING, WHICH I DECIDED TO DO AT ANOTHER TIME. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WOULD CERTAINLY CALL ON THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: I HAD NEW SHOWER CONTROLS INSTALLED IN ONE OF MY BATHROOMS, AND I SUPPLIED THE 3 HANDLE SET THAT I HAD PURCHASED.
