OLD HILLIARD PLUMBING

I began by trying to unclog this problem myself with liquid drain openers and a plunger but gave up and decided to consult Angie's List for professional help. Since I like to patronize local businesses, I found a company located close to my house that also had a good Angie's List reputation. That led me to Old Hilliard Plumbing. I called and talked with Connie - she gave me an estimate over the phone (and they do have a discount for Angie's List members) and she worked with me to schedule a convenient time which was within 2 days. Abel was dispatched to do the job - he was very prompt and professional; he snaked the drain and had it open within 15 minutes; we also discussed a couple of other plumbing jobs and he gave me some rough estimates during this call; I have already called them to come back and they were just here to do my second job. And I will be having him come out to do my 3rd job very soon.

Everything was fine. They were really good workers. They were very prompt, courteous and explained everything to us in a way that we would understand. I would use them again in the future.

I am pleased with the job they did. The issue we were having had to be taken care of in a quick and timely manner and they came out without any hesitation. They were able to quickly provide a diagnosis and got the problem fixed.

They had to go in the walls and some in the ceiling as well. They did a very good job. They were very responsive, they came out and found the problem very fast and they got the work done very fast and very clean. He also replaced old pipe.

Had to make the trip twice as we didn't have the fridge the first visit, but didn't charge us to return. They were very prompt in scheduling (came out 2 days after calling) and were efficient and friendly. We'll be using them in the future!

We call them whenever we have a plumbing issue, they are very reliable responding quickly whenever the need arises. They show up either the same day or the next day. We are very happy with the service they give us.

Old Hilliard Plumbing did an excellent job. J.R. arrived on time, and had the plumbing done and the tub installed in under 3 hours.

On my first call, Old Hilliard Plumbing provided hourly rates and scheduled the work at a convenient time. Their plumber arrived on time and worked quickly in spite of the complication of working with the radon gas cover. In addition to fitting the pump, their plumber also connected the controller and back up battery.

They can out promptly, checked that the hot water heater had to be replaced and ordered one. They came back in a few days in put it very quickly. He did a neat job and kept the place clean.

I'm very happy. Abel arrived right on time (about ten minutes early), completed the work and was gone in about a half hour. Everything continues to work perfectly.

Great company. Work was done on time and way below cost of another A-rated Angie's List plumbing company.

The cost is for installing the toilet. I bought the actual toilet. I have not received the bill for the replacement of the faucet yet.

I called early afternoon and they had an installer here the same day. The installer was very efficient and clean. He charged me slightly less than the quote I received over the phone.

Sump pump went out overnight, called them at 8am the next morning. They had the repairs done that day.

They were very polite and friend and very knowledge.

It went well. They came the next day, replaced the copper tubbing with flexible tubing, installed the new faucet and gave me an Angie's List discount of 10%. It took an hour.

It went quite smoothly. They actually arrived about 10 minutes early, which was fine. He assessed things quickly and was done in an hour. He also checked out a strange odor coming from my washer. Determined that it was not a plumbing/drain issue. Everything was explained thoroughly and in each case the repair was less involved than first thought.

Abe was very polite and did his work quickly and effectively. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

He was very professional and responsive. They really tried to see if they could do the work without drilling or tearing out walls. I am planning to call them for future work.
