Everything went great! I called this company in the morning and talked to John. I told him what the problem was and he had a person at our door by 1:00 p.m. the same day. Abel, the plumber who fixed the problem was very professional and very kind. He told me exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. He fixed the leak and also checked out the rest of the plumbing under the sink. He made sure that the problem was 100% fixed before leaving! Thanks Abel. I was also given a 10% discount for being a member of Angies List.

They were very reliable and did a good job.

The professional, Able, assigned to our project was punctual, professional, and very honest. I appreciated him explaining everything that would be done. And when the largest of the 3 tasks didn't need as much work as originally anticipated, Able suggested that I forego the work and save money on labor and materials. I really appreciated this extra thoughtfulness. I would definitely use Old Hilliard Plumbing in the future.

During busy time in Dublin for Memorial Tournament; I scheduled an appointment with Old Hilliard Plumbing earlier this week (it is now Friday). The appointment was scheduled for Fri., May 22, from 1-3. I was at the house from 12:30 pm until 3:30 pm. When no one showed up, I called the company with no response (answering machine was on). No one called me to inform me they were not coming. Because this is a holiday weekend, I can now not reach a plumber until Tuesday next week and I am very disappointed with Old Hilliard Plumbing for at least not giving me a courtesy phone call advising me they could not keep the appointment. Would NOT recommend this conmpany.

It went excellent, the work was neatly done and they cleaned up after themselves well. I spoke mainly with Brad who was courteous and understanding. They arrived early, finished early and were under budget. We were so happy the wife and I are going to go shopping for a new sink for them to replace when they can fit us into their work schedule.

Wonderful experience. I am calling them for ALL of my plumbing needs in the future.

Able was on time and very professional. The company had a next day appt. available when I called, but that didn't work for us so we went two days out. We have always been very happy with Old Hilliard Plumbing's rates, professionalism and responsiveness.

Contacted by telephone. Response was immediate and a technician was at my home within 5 hours. The water heater was replaced in a quick efficient manner. Very professionally done. I would certainly use their services again.

Arranged a scheduled date. Arrived on time, analyzed the problem (low water pressure from the kitchen faucet), replaced the faucet unit. Then cleaned the water flow unit in the bathroom water closet to increase the water flow there as well. Project was completed in about an hour.

1) They called to make sure it was OK to come 30 minutes early. 2) I had looked for the leak and was prepared for them to tear apart my wall and fix a leaking pipe (and pay for hours and hours of work). They spent quite some time looking at all the hardware and discovered a very small separation between the gasket and the drain. They were done in an hour and only charged me $90. 3) These guys are great!

The company is focused on providing quality customer service. Abel is very professional. He did a great job with all of the work that was done. He cleaned up his work area and explained everything to me before he finished the job to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work.

We had a few issues to deal with since it was a basement and they were very good at figuring out how to cut the concrete and run the lines. They have been very easy to work with in terms of explaining what they are doing and working with our schedule with all of the other service providers we had scheduled.

It was easy to get an appointment with Hilliard. They looked at the damage to my first floor ceiling and gave me fair advice as to what options I had and what prices they were offering for each option. They fixed everything that I had asked to get fixed. They said if there was anything I would happen to notice that needed to be fixed in regards to the pipes that run into the pipes they replaced and couldn't be seen, they said they would come out and fix it at no extra charge.

They responded quickly to my call. They were very friendly. They showed up on time. They were honest. They explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. He also looked at my sump pump at no extra cost.

They scheduled my appointment for a few days after my call. Able, the plumber, was on time and very friendly and courteous. He did a beautiful job with no fuss, cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions. He was very nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again.

The guy came on-time, guessed that the leaking was from a seal being old. He replaced it and showed me that if the toilet continues to leak it could be because the floor is not level when the house was built. He also trimmed the bolts along the bottom of the toilet so I can put caps on them. He then took a look at our other toilets to check the seals, but said they were fine.

Good work, good price, quick service.

I discovered a leak from my bath tub on the ceiling tile in my basement. I called Old Hilliard Plumbing and they were able to fit me in the same day. I had a conflict with that time, however, so they came at 8:00 the following morning. Abel was very efficient and pleasant. He gave me the option of repairing or replacing the drain and the cost of replacement. I opted to replace the drain and he was done in no time. A very good job and I received an Angie's List discount.

I had a bit of an issue with them doing the work. The first time they said they were going to be late and they wouldn't have enough time to complete the job. I would be left without a bathroom overnight. I rescheduled and they never showed up. I called them and rescheduled for a 3rd date. They said they called me, but I didn't have any messages from them for the second time. The 3rd time they were right on time and they were very professional. The quality of service I got from them made up for the first two time.Extra charges had to added because of what they encountered in my bathroom. They installed a new toilet. They fully informed me of these extra charges and were flexible in allowing me extra time to pay off my bill. One thing that I could caution future users – make them clean up their mess. They used a blow torch to cut the cast iron and left pieces of cut off iron and a bag full of junk behind them.

I began by trying to unclog this problem myself with liquid drain openers and a plunger but gave up and decided to consult Angie's List for professional help. Since I like to patronize local businesses, I found a company located close to my house that also had a good Angie's List reputation. That led me to Old Hilliard Plumbing. I called and talked with Connie - she gave me an estimate over the phone (and they do have a discount for Angie's List members) and she worked with me to schedule a convenient time which was within 2 days. Abel was dispatched to do the job - he was very prompt and professional; he snaked the drain and had it open within 15 minutes; we also discussed a couple of other plumbing jobs and he gave me some rough estimates during this call; I have already called them to come back and they were just here to do my second job. And I will be having him come out to do my 3rd job very soon.
