Ohio State Stucco LLC

We live in Dublin, and we had some stucco repair done on our home, the work included damage from woodpeckers, stone veneer repair in the front of our home, and decorative sills that needed to be repaired, some portions replaced and repainted. We met Jesse and he set us up with a timely repair which was done perfectly. We highly recommend this company if you need to have a repair done, they are excellent.

Couldn't be happier! The crew at Ohio State Stucco are friendly, prompt, and do excellent work. When an unforeseen issue with our project arose, they took care of it and got the job done right. They went above and beyond and our home turned out beautifully.

This was a great experience! Jesse, one of the owners of this business, came quickly for a free estimate and effortlessly showed his knowledge of the stucco business. My 46 year old limestone chimney was badly spalling from water dripping down the sides and inside the top cracks (inadequate cap). He (along with other stucco companies) suggested heavy wiring be bolted all around into the mortar, then multiple layers of mud and a finishing layer of textured colored stucco. His estimate was almost 1/3 of the bigger company's estimate. He and his workers did a great job working around multiple rain days, with Jesse even working on Sundays. Cleanup was excellent, and friendly faces were nice to have around. These guys know what they're doing at a very reasonable price.

Initial deposit of $1800 paid via check to Jesse ___ of Ohio State Stucco Company on 5/1/2020 for the service of exterior stucco paint, seal, and trim repair. Initial deposit was needed for upfront costs including paint and other work materials. On that date 5/1/2020, I was instructed that starting time for work would be before the end of May 2020. This was the initial agreed upon time frame. During the month of May, Ohio State Stucco Company was notified of paint colors on 5/15 for exterior paint color. On Friday 5/29, it was communicated via text to discuss potential start dates. Via text, I was notified one week from Friday 5/29 would be the start date. No work had yet to be established. On Monday June 8, I reached back out to Jesse ___ of Ohio State Stucco via text on June 2 to inquire on the job status. I was informed that he would start the project the weekend of June 13. On July 3, still no work had been done to my property. I called Ohio State Stucco and Jesse ___ to request to cancel the service agreement and return the initial deposit of $1800. I was told that he was sorry for the delay, and that he was very busy. In reply, I discussed that the exterior was a time sensitive issue and would like to look for services elsewhere. He was in agreement and informed me that I should receive a return of the deposit in the next one to two weeks. September 2020, my deposit is still yet to be returned. I will be looking to file police report for theft.

I hired Jessie/Ohio State Stucco LLC to fix 3 large sections where the stucco was falling off of my house and paint the outside of the house. He came out gave my quote and told me he would also fix all the little places that needed repaired remove all the screws and fasteners that had held old cable lines etc. and caulk around the doors. His price was very reasonable and he got the job done in a timely manner. We were very impressed with Jessie and his work. Our house looks great!

Absolutely great job! Very easy to get a quote, right on budget, on time and very detail orientated. They were clean and very professional, left the job site in better condition than what they found it in. These guys are A+ and have great service. They even walk you through the job when they are done to make sure you are satisfied.

We hired Ohio State Stucco in July 2017 with a pre-paid house purchase contract remedy (bad idea) and they did not "complete" work until January 2018. And now the stucco they repaired looks absolutely awful... long cracks with mismatched caulking all over our house. The house looks like it has spider veins when it rains because they did not use any kind of matching stone to fill the cracks. We contacted them about these problems, sent pictures, and requested repair. They said they agreed and would come out and fix it. I repeatedly called and emailed, etc., but it became clear they were ignoring me and our contractual relationship faded over time. The work was never performed to satisfaction (not even close). Very disappointed and would not hire again nor recommend to anyone.

Not well. Signed contract 4/27/2017 did not complete job until 8/28/2017. Poor communication and poor workmanship. The only thing they were fast at was cashing the check for the down-payment.

Great! They did an excellent job & were courteous, punctual & cleaned up the jobsite.

It was the perfect experience, they were wonderful !
