I contacted MVM Moving & Storage online & requested more information. They called back within 48HRS and the representative was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. There was no pressure and no hassle and the date I requested was readily available (I called 1.5 months in advance). 3 days before the move I received a confirmation call followed by a confirmation email containing all pertinent move information. My movers were Shawn & Eric & they arrived at 8:50AM, we did a quick walk-through and within 5 minutes they were carrying things out. They worked quickly, carefully & efficiently and more than once they said, "We're here for you - whatever you need!" They had my 2BR apt emptied by 10:30AM. At the new residence they carried out some old furniture & a w/d and then unloaded the truck. Even with disassembly/reassembly of a couch with reclining ends, 2 beds, and moving 2 sets of w/d - they were completely done with my move by 12:45PM. The guys were professional, personable, efficient - and they never slowed down. I did have a small chip in the corner of a dresser & they took off a small amount of money (based on some kind of "per pound" formula). It didn't amount to much, but it wasn't the best quality furniture so I wasn't too upset. All of my more expensive/higher end furniture was moved without incident. I highly recommend MVM Moving & Storage. The overall experience was great from start to finish. Everyone I talked to & dealt with seemed to really love their job & the company and the positive, "can do" attitudes were refreshing.

Long, long day. I felt MVM should have probed more to see what I needed done. Two men were sent, took them 13 hours and @$140 hour, charge was excessive. The guys they sent were great and I would hire again but, if I had to do over, would have insisted on three guys. So, if you hir

We had Markell and Nick move about 10 large pieces of furniture to our new house. These two guys were fantastic! Very hard-working, communicated everything they were going to be doing, and both guys seemed to really love their job. I would definitely recommend MVM movers to any of my friends!

Absolute pleasure as Aaron and Jasper did a super job and I had a lot of laughs with them as well. When they stopped for the night in Memphis they emailed me to let me know. And any questions I had about the move Lance and James responded immediately. Best experience of all. A stress free one.

My movers were professional, punctual, efficient and a joy to work with. They moved a 2 bedroom apartment in 45 minutes. The person I scheduled the move with stayed in touch throughout the process, followed up, and ensured everything went well. There was one damaged bookshelf that they only credited me $25 for (which I thought was low) but that’s more of a company issue and has nothing to do with the movers or scheduler. I would reuse this company again without hesitation!

Went very well! Chico and Marquis arrived on time, loaded and unloaded the bookcases with care and in a very timely manner. They were friendly and professional and I cold not be more pleased with their performance. I will definitely be using this company again!

Cody T and Gannon were my movers and they were friendly, efficient, careful and quick while moving my stuff from point A to point B. I am very pleased with the job they did as well as their customer service. Particularly, because I was quoted a price that was a little under what they charge for my area. They honored the price offered to me on Angie's list, and I'm greatly appreciative. :-)

I originally hired on a specific date but had to delay for four days to availability of our condo. The in house staff worked well with us and were able to make the change on short notice . Movers they sent were on time and got right to it and busted the move out under budget . Both Austin and Codi were very professional and took great care of our items.

Things went great. Austin and Andre did a great job and handled things with care and completed the move in a reasonable amount of time.

I hired MVM for 11/29/18 move. I had requested a quote online and the next morning Lance had emailed me and then assisted me over the phone for setting it up. The move with team Julio and Germaine went so quickly and smoothly and really set me at ease. Great professional team. Were thoughtful about where to stack boxes at my new place and even setup my bed frame. They were great. They are on time, very friendly and get right to work. They moved my daughter's stuff out of our house that we sold and put it into storage and then moved her summer apartment things to storage and will move her into her new apartment for fall class. Wonderful experience. We, unfortunately used a different moving company to move our house and they took breaks, were on their phones, didn't move half our stuff and damaged my walls. I wish I had used MVM and will in the future. Very professional and friendly.

We had an excellent experience with MVM and would gladly hire them again. We moved a large, heavy piano and a few additional items from a house 150 miles away. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. Excellent work!

I had a good experience. Getting a quote and scheduling the move was easy. I appreciated the flat hourly rate without any unknown extras charges that other companies including in their quote. The flat rate was the cheapest I found as well. On the day of the move, two movers (Jalen and Mark I believe) showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day, which is important when paying an hourly rate. I will definitely use MVM for my next move.
