Description of Work: They only want to put down fertilizer, but don't call with a problem b/c they don't want to hear it. They also take concerns a little to personal.I know that problems occur but I just want them to acknowledge them.One example, they broke a bush in half by stepping on it. Did you think that i wouldn't notice? The response that i got from them was anger and "well what do want us to do about it?".How about acknowledge the situation and apologize? Somehow i am the bad guy by asking that you be careful. Or how about the time that they had a defective spreader that caused burn spots in my lawn. Just acknowledge the problem and I will understand... but to hope that i won't notice and act offended when i ask about it? They were also a little confused about what services that i paid for this year and never got back to me about what the services entailed.I only spoke to the owner Don once, but there is a reason that his wife is the go-between. My new lawn service points out issues and also wants to make it right.So if you want a service that only wants to put down fertilizer and nothing more,then you will get along great.There were many times that i called with questions or concerns and i never got a response.They did me a favor by sending my money back as I am very happy with the new company. Prices are good with Mutters, but you get what you pay for.
