Mrs Powerwash

We used this company twice in the past. I was very pleased with them last time. This time they knocked off a piece of our vinyl siding which I noticed before they could leave. Robert did not even tell me about it! He finally said he’d send someone out to re-hang siding. He never did & only returned my third call because I said I’d report him to BBB. He became belligerent on phone call, refused to re-hang the siding & hung up on me. I reported him to BBB. He lied in his response to them. I know I won’t get any recourse from him. Look on BBB website - he’s got 4 complaints & is not recommended by them. Searches of reviews on other sites show a pattern of blaming the customer for any damage he causes, complaints of rude & belligerent behavior when asked to make things right. Do not use this company!!!!

The job that the company did was good, but after services were performed, we realized our Ring was not working. We contacted the company to try and help remedy the situation and they blew me off like I was an idiot who didn’t know what I was talking about. The last video footage we had of the Ring was the employee directly spraying the Ring yet they assume no responsibility and blamed Ring. Robert was rude and dismissive in regards to this and now a $150 service turns into a $350 service due to neglect.

It went great. The two workers, Marcus and Vincent, showed up on time, were very professional and personable, and did an outstanding job. Our patio hasn't look this nice since it was built. I would highly recommend Mrs. Powerwash to anyone looking for power washing.

Initially, I was pleased with the work. The workers arrived two hours later than anticipated, but they did call to let me know they were running behind. After 20 or 30 minutes, they were done, and I went outside, looked at the siding, paid and gave the workers a tip. When I came back inside and sat at my kitchen table, I looked out the window and noticed my window screens had been damaged. I decided to call today (the day after the work was done) and left a message for the owner informing of the damage and asking if there might be some sort of discount available to compensate. He called back within a few hours, and when I described the issue, he proceeded to inform me that the screen damage could not be due to the power washing -- that the pressure they use is "hardly stronger than a garden hose," and that he is an expert in power washing and has done thousands of power washes before mine, and indicated this is the first of this type of complaint. I offered to send him pictures, and he again responded that what I was describing was impossible. As he had raised his voice and seemed to be getting angry, I told him that "I guess we're done here," and we ended the call. The photo I'm including shows the worst of the damage, but several other screens were also affected. His attitude when we talked just added insult to injury.

He continued his rant, stating that I was unrealistic in my expectations, because they ”....don’t perform toothbrush level cleaning.......” and went on to FIRMLY state that they “DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!” I told him in no uncertain terms that his behavior was extremely offensive and if he couldn’t speak to me in a more respectful tone, then he did NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to continue to talk to me at all. Upon him opening his mouth to yell again, I discontinued the call abruptly, hanging up on him. I will NOT tolerate such disrespect from anyone and certainly not from the likes of a such a rude and obnoxious individual as this! William does not have the right to treat ANY client this way and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows NOT to use this company, ever! This is not how business is conducted, this cannot be underscored enough!
