Repaired a Kenmore water softener that others had refused to work on. Worked quickly, cheerfully, and competently. As our softener is 9+ years old, we will probably need a new one in the next 5 or 10 years. When that time comes, we will be sure to call Eric.

My experience with this company was great. He was out the very next day. The. Price was reasonable, he knows what he is doing and had our system valve totally rebuilt and working great in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company.

He responded to my wife's request within minutes. Came out in a couple hours to look at the project, and came out to complete the project.

Eric exemplifies professionalism while providing an excellent product at a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with the excellent service he gave us. He listened to my concerns, but didn't try to"over sell" his filtration system. I highly recommed him!

Eric came out on Saturday and was able to install my replacement water softener on Monday before a holiday. He also replumbed the piping from my well pressure tank at the same time. He did "what he said" and "when he said", and that is rare in these times. I was most impressed, and would recommend him highly.

Eric at Midwest is a great installer. Knowledgeable, prompt, and attentive, he is everything you want in someone working in your home. I have used Eric for installs at two homes, and for filter changes as well. He has never been anything but professional and I am very happy with his work. When I move into my next home, Eric will be one of the first contractors I contact.

I have no reason to give Eric 5 stars. After speaking with several high priced companies I was considering buying and installing a water softener on my own. At the last minute I decided to try Home Advisor. Eric called shortly after my request. As it turns out, Eric installs the same water softener I was going to purchase online and he gave me one heck of a price to have it installed. We set an appointment for the following week. Eric showed up on time, was very pleasant to deal, and performed good work. It probably took him longer than normal to install because I kept asking questions. He was very happy to answer them all. Super nice guy. I'm so glad I hired him and have already recommended him to others.
