Eric, the owner, is very smart and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions without insulting my intelligence.

I contacted Eric to repair a Water Group iron filter that leaked water into the discharge drain all the time. He came out the next day (!!) and had all the parts with him. He not only fixed the valves that were leaking, but discovered that the timer settings on the wash cycle were wrong. After he corrected those settings the filters worked better than they ever did! His price was very reasonable too. Besides all that, he followed up the next week to be see if I was satisfied. Sure glad I found him on Home Advisors!

Eric did a superb job in installing my Aquasana Rhino 1000 Water Purification manifold system. The work was very clean, with great attention to installing quality fittings and care to ensure everything was mounted in a highly serviceable manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the installation. Eric also installed a Reverse Osmosis filter for drinking water at the sink - he had to drill through 1.5" of granite and did an equally professional job with that! VERY hard to find a plumber that doesn't run away screaming about "liability" at the prospect of drilling a hole in some stone.

Eric was able to come out quickly and explained options very well. He was extremely polite and was able to get a softener and RO system installed a couple days after I decided what I wanted.
